I went to this place for the first time yesterday. The gentleman that helped us was absolutely amazing. My wife had been there before, but I had never been there. So the gentleman walked me through the line and showed me exactly what I could do and when I could not tail. And then he showed me how to complete my order and bring it to the guys to stirfry. “Gonzalo” Is the weather that helped us and that led me through everything from start to finish. He checked on our table constantly and made sure that we were OK. But it wasn’t too much or interrupting our dinner together. His service was excellent and we gave him a great tip. I would definitely suggest to go to this place and enjoy some really good food!

Outstanding— my first time and I was given excellent customer service. I was guided through how to make my bowl and Gonzalo kept checking on me making sure I was taken care.

We love our local Genghis Grill on the SW freeway between Weslayn and Buffalo Speedway. It's refreshing to know there are honest businesses out there! We went there for dinner last night, left a credit card there by accident. It was still there today, they saved it in the cash register for me (& checked my ID when I came to get it). There were no untoward charges on the card. They were very nice about it. AND the food was good too. Thank you Genghis Grill staff!!!!

The food is really delicious, the meat super soft and tasty. The attention is excellent, The waitress Karla gave us cordial attention and in our language. This is definitely our favorite place in Houston.
Great food and service. My son had never been and probably told me how good it was like 5 times even before we left. The waitress was very sweet and got us water cups for the road.
Best place ever! Food is delicious and atmosphere is perfect. Server, Elizabeth, staff, and manager, Gene, showed great examples of excellent customer service. Also, try the rum drinks. They rule!

Came in a little before closing and our waitress Elizabeth took such great care of us! We were prepared to come back as it was almost an hour before closing but she welcomed us in and took such great care of us. Very attentive and the food was great as always
The food is fresh and incredible! The problem is that you must go with someone that's been there before to know how to do things. This restaurant is a one of a kind, in my opinion. They do things very different. It is unique and delicious and keeps you coming back! Highly recommended.
There was a Lady there with the name of Danny who did an amazing job. I came in to pick up an online order and was informed that it was ordered at the wrong location. Right away she helped me re-order my food and call the other location’s manager to cancel the order since I could not get a hold of them. With no issues she made my custom order and sent me on my way before the pick up time ended.
Tasty food and reasonable price is highlight of this restaurant. Ambience and service is very poor. Managing the restaurant with a single server and that too on Sunday evening is not at all helpful. Would not recommend for ambient and portion size.
I haven't been to this restaurant in years.... I was very happy with my food and service. I will be returning soon.
Elizabeth took care of us on our first visit in years. She explained everything and communicated greatly. Food was far past expectation and we will definitely return!
