I’m at jack in the box at 3am being served by Andrea, and this has been the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at any jack in the box anywhere. Those wanting to know what great customer service looks like, look to Andrea. 5 stars for Andrea.
Needed a quick fix and stopped by here. It seemed to be mostly drive-thru business at the time but we ate in the dining room. Liked that they had Coca-Cola Freestyle machine but it was too bad it was out of lemonade which I wanted. Got sourdough jack burgers and fries. The food was good and serv
My food is always fresh at this location and even if I order thru the app they wait until I’m at the window to tell them which drink I prefer because the app doesn’t have them all. 5 stars
Came late at night, and I don’t expect fancy or really even quick service at that time of night but i was a really blown away with the great staff here at the Richmond location. I saw two staff members and the woman who took my order was very friendly and excellent at her job and I highly recommend

Another delivery, but I love their chicken sandwich. I added avocado and tomato to mine. Well requested, they added it, I didn't do it myself. The delivery was smooth from what I remember. They actually have a lot of stuff. I been here a few times. Lol

First time in this one and the experience turnef from bad to better thanks to the supervisor or manager because I asked for a shake and the machine was broken so he decided to give the drink for free and I just paid the meal. Clean place and nice crew. Wish this happen in other fast food places, is
First time trying it and even though it was a little slow service the food was so fresh and delicious.
For what it is, it's good. There are much better hamburger places in terms of being bigger and tastier(charcoal grilled, etc.)
