This is by far the best location in Houston, I'll drive past the one in Midtown because of the rude staff and a Manger who has no business being in her position.

Love chipotle. Full of taste and isn't dry like some of the food you get at other places.

Besides being near home its fast and great customer service
I grab lunch here about 3-4 times a week and recently, today especially, the food was up a notch in quality, temperature, and cut. For example, often when I go the protein is not appetizing as it does not look fresh or the surrounding area is not up kept. Yet, recently the day shift has turned it around with cleanliness, quality of service, and well cooked protein. Oh, and the rice tastes better now, too. This location has turned it around in the past two weeks or so — 10/10 with their protein quality.

The build-your-own concept is great for customization, allowing you to create a meal that suits your preferences. The ingredients are fresh and the portions are generous, making it a decent option for a quick and filling bite. Although it might not be the most innovative Mexican dining spot, Chipotle's reliability and wide-reaching popularity make it a convenient go-to choice for a satisfying meal on the go.
Anyone who says that Freebirds is better is lying to themselves. Holy, this place is so much better.

Here's how to get extra food for the same exact price:
Ask for a bowl with a tortilla in the bottom.
Ask for double rice and double beans.
Don't get guacamole or queso
Load up on everything else.
Eat half the bowl with a fork, and then fold up the rest with the tortilla to make a burrito the exact same size as they give you normally.
I usually get a barbacoa burrito, but this time I decided to get a bowl with a side tortilla. The bowl was enough for hubby and I to share. It was delicious with extra sour cream.

This Chipotle is in a small shopping center in Midtown. Large, FREE parking lot. There are constant waves of people coming through, and the staff is excellent at getting long lines of people feed quickly.

To think this is among the “healthiest” fast food. I enjoy authentic mexican food and tex-mex food. I’d say chipotle is 70% authentic & 30% tex-mex. This particular location is my #2 choice based solely on distance from my work. This location is usually clean and the line moves fast, ingredients seem fresh and well warmed. Staff are friendly and offer good customer service. Overall good experience at this location.

place is cool, it's chipotle, just like any other locations. they are busy but the line goes by fast. the staffs are friendly and their food is always fresh (or at least when i go there). i like their new protein the a bit spicy but not really chicken. i know some chipotles are disappointing but this one isn't like that. this is my go to chipotle and it's right next to starbucks 😉
The employees were very friendly but I’d like to say that it get really packed, dont get me wrong the employees were nice and stayed calmed its just the customers, they are very greedy and they focus mostly on their phones stopping the line and straight up ignoring the employees i genuinely think that employees should definitely speak up about this and not take those peoples orders they definitely need to stand their ground and not put with those type of people, other than that best customer service
