Thank you for bringing quality back to your pizza! The sauce wasn't skimped and the presentation of the ingredients, as well as taste is back and better than ever. I will give Papa John's more pizza business, once again.

YES most of the reviews are bad but I'm the type to report on my OWN experience so here it goes...I was literally the only one inside the store so no crowd lol,ordered a pepperoni pizza and it was coming out the oven as I walked in so nice&hot! They even included a garlic sauce and peppers which you usually have to pay for so that was thoughtful and a surprise! Crust was nice and fluffy yet had a "bounce back" texture to it! I would eat it again based on this visit. Guy at the front counter was very nice and attentive!
The Pizza here is ALWAYS great. This is one of the best fast comfort food options -always consistent! Thin crust & regular crust are both excellent choices. The only problem we had with out order was with the Jalepeno popper rolls. These were a swing & a miss (coming from people who love all the ingredients).
Wonderful gentleman at the register who was friendly and prompt with service. It is always nice to enter an establishment and be greeted by a smiling face.
Order was prepared correct and came so fast, it was too hot to eat! 5 stars
I went to this restaurant on 07/03/22 we were looking for a place that had pizza because my 4 year old wanted pizza. it was already closing hours by the time we got to the papa johnβs and Josh the assistant manager went out of his way to open the kitchen to make my son a pizza. I truly appreciate him for doing that for my son next time Iβm visiting Houston I will know exactly where to go buy pizza. Thank you Josh for your great customer service!
We pretty much stick to the pappadilas. They're pretty much addicting the barbecue chicken and the create your own is the way we tend to go. You won't be disappointed. We've never had a pizza from this Papa John's but I'm sure they're what you expect from Papa John's. Staff is always friendly and they're quick. Hot and fresh can't ask for much more.
Ordering the pizza was super easy and thanks to Honey I saved 25% off, and the estimate time was on time, and the pizza tasted great! I would recommend ordering here again. The wings were spectacular and I would definitely buy the wings. It was worth every single penny! :)
No idea where all the bad reviews are coming from. Delivery was on time give or take a few minutes, our driver was excellent and all food was great with nothing forgotten π
