Had ordered a Cravings Box with a Cheesy Gordita Crunch and a crispy taco 🌮 and a zero-sugar Mountain Dew. Cool and quiet inside. Sat in, enjoyed. Everything was good. And it was my first time at this location. (July 1)
The food was hit and fresh. The employees were very nice.
Great food, but high turnover rate of employees means orders are inaccurate. Highly recommended to verify your entire order before leaving. Today's experience is I ordered via app, requested 10 mild sauces, received a potpourri, least of which are mild.
Love this place. Never had a bad experience, great service, they always get my order right, and are usually pretty quick.
We placed a big order and they put it together very quickly and accurately. The guy running the window was on top of things and really seemed customer oriented. The food was good and tasted fresh. This was a very good Taco Bell.

Yesterday 05/26/22 I came to the drive thru and was immediately greeted by Latoya in the drive thru and she was amazing. She made sure when we pulled up to the window we was greeted again and made sure our order was correct and fresh. She said she was the manager I would recommend anyone to go to the store especially when she's there I would give the rate of her service and food quality a easy 10. Thank you for fresh food and a fresh smile.

Honestly one of the best Popeyes experiences I've had. Quick service with a smile. Friendly staff. Quickly got my order to me and everyone seemed pleasant. Even when my order was heard Incorrectly they Quickly confirmed and I was ony way in no time.
Arrived late to the drive thru. Not busy which is unusual for a fast food place late at night by a College. Employees very nice. Food was hot and tasted wonderful. Just what I needed after a long day. Very pleasant. Will come back again. Thank you Taco Bell.

We all know what taco bell is so no need to really rate the food, but, I gave this 4 stars because they were out of mild sauce and tried to not tell me. When I placed my order in the drive thru I asked the lady to please be sure to give me a lot of MILD sauce, she said ok no problem. After paying and getting my food she gave me 4 packets of HOT sauce. 4 packets is not a lot for any item, much less Nachos Grande and a burrito supreme. I politely asked her for a handful of MILD sauce and she said, "oh i'm sorry, we are out of MILD sauce right now. What, why didn't she tell me that in the beginning! I understand they still had sauce to offer but I really love the MILD and not the others so much. Thats why they make different sauces, because they taste different! She was polite and it wasn't her fault but I might have gone to a different taco bell had I known. She still only gave me 6 more packets and since it wasn't the sauce I liked I made it work. This is why I hate going through drive thru's when you require alot of sauce with your meal. Trying to get them to give you an ample amount of sauces is like pulling teeth, they always want to be so chintzy with it. The packets only have a very small amount in them so thats why it requires so many. I understand managers want to save money and reduce waste but if I am paying I should get what I ask for, even if you need to charge a small amount for as many sauces as I want. With as many taco bells we have in Houston, they should have called a nearby taco bell and asked them to borrow a box until they get theirs in. Just a suggestion for the manager.
