I been living in casa nube for a while I had a bad experience with other maintenance guys but the las 2 work orders I believe the maintenance guy is Emmanuel he was pretty helpful and nice to explain what was wrong. And got the job done for once so great job on getting the maintenance in order !
I have lived here in this complex for the past 3 years. Overall I have been satisfied and content with the quality of service provided by everyone in the front office and maintenance staff. Thank you guys for creating a positive environment for me and my family.
I have been living in this property for 4 yrs. The managemet office staff is very good. I had couple of maintenance issues but I reported to the office and maintenance came out that same day. Highly recommed the complex. Also if you refer a resident you get resident referral check🙌🏻☝🏻👍🏻
Casa Nube is very good Apartment complex. I have been living here for more than 3 years . The manager and and other staff is very good and friendly. Maintenance people come to fix the apartment very promptly. This is also very comcenientl located and close to all the major roads.

This is the worst apartment ever in Southwest Houston. Family friend moved in December 2021, February 2022, all their belongs were stolen on a broad day light, the apartment management couldn't do anything, with all the camera in stalled they can't provide any answers, it was police came by after th
The management team here is excellent. The landscape of the property is kept neat and clean. The maintenance is quick. They fix the request in a good time frame. I love the layout of the apartment. Very nice quiet place to live. Love it.
