The staff was nice. The door is locked during business hours which was off but maybe there’s crime around that area. Other then that it’s a great wing stop.

Picked up 8-piece bone-in wings and 5-piece boneless wings, both mild. Taste of the chicken was fine-- meat-wise and it was cooked the way I Iike, just perfect. But I was disappointed there was so little sauce on the wings; I guess I prefer my wings wet. Other Wing Stops I have been to in Houston also have had a little sauce, though the flavor of the chicken was good; in another state I've been to there was a lot of sauce, so maybe this is Houston Wing Stop's way(?). Service was fast and friendly. I like the chicken at this location, so maybe next time I will ask for extra sauce.

UPDATE 19 Jan 18 * knocking down a star for the big price hike (previous pricing pics posted) Orders used to cost us $19. Same favorite order then started costing about $21. No biggie, worth it!!! $23, okay easy there lol I’ll still visit. $25, mmm more like a visit every 4 months now at a min. $30, googles how to replicate fry recipe. I know your recent marketing efforts are expensive hehe but you’re losing this long time customer who can’t keep up and who knows how many others! Original review: |Been coming here for many years| I just tried the Yale location, and it was so bad that I had to come and write a good review of this location once I realized how awesome I have it here. And I only went there because it is closer to my home but I've been so used to this location. My highlights: ● My order is almost always ready on time, where only sometimes it's been an extra minute or two, unlike the extra 30 at Yale. If it is going to be longer than the typical 14 mins, the counter person will tell me how much longer before I finalize the phone order. ● The food is delicious! Wings are always at a perfect crisp, and the fries are delicious everytime. I've never been served just all the crispy potato-chip-like bits found at the bottom of the container, unlike at Yale. ● I have never had food missing, or the wrong quantity or any issue of this nature, unlike at Yale. ● Don't go to Yale, go here! I understand this is just another unique experience of mine, however, I am sure that based on the number of times I've been here (a lot), your chances for the good experience you expect are AWESOME. Good job, staff. Btw to Zach, the previous reviewer, they weren't answering your hysterical calls because they were UNDER RENOVATION. (It's okay, I was losing it too lol)

I like this wingstop, they've always been nice and the store is clean. The manager always checks on us if were doing OK. He's good!👍Great job WINGSTOP ♡

Great customer service and good food. I loved the garlic parmesan wings and the fries!! We came in a large group, yet they were patient with us.

So I must say I purchased from this restaurant like a year ago and vowed to never go back however accidentally I ordered pick up from this location and my food was well done like requested, I had extra lemon pepper on the side, fresh fries and water. It was bomb… I called my order in after 8:20pm when I left school the customer service was great. I’ll definitely be back thanks!
