Food is great most of the times, but just like any restaurant you will get a bad batch once in a while. Just be prepared to stand in line or wait 30 minutes to an hr for their famous chicharrones.

A small humble establishment that sells traditional Carnitas and other meats. It definitely is a niche selection but very well executed. You can order by the pound or tacos. It is very well worth your time to go visit. I will be going out of my way to visit on a regular basis.
Its a long line to get some barbacoa. The customer service was excellent, they try to move as fast as possible to get the line moving. The food was average, I have tasted some better barbacoa but it was still good. I heard their chicharrones are good but didn't get it this time around, i'll have to

The service is actually quicker than it seems. It may seem a bit pricey, but the meats available to order are DEFINITELY worth the price. Although the place is small and parking is limited, it's worth giving it a shot.

For the best and I mean the very best tripas and chicharrones this is the place! I have been here many times and both meats are cooked to perfection! It gets a little crowded because it's a small place but the taste is as big as Texas! Try the tlaquepaque hot sauce on tripas and chicharrones and you
First place I know where, you can wrap up the chicharrón, steam in in the package for an hour and tastes fantastic.
I love the Chicharrones, barbacoa & best trips in Houston!!! Their salsas y tortillas are a must every time I visit.
