My order has been correct consistently. They only have regular sugar and sweet n low, no splenda or equal. Taking a star off for cleanliness.
Very impressed but not surprised I've always enjoyed this jack. I'd like to praise the gentleman/ manager working the drive thru tonight . With 10 cars in line he handled the rush well and stayed calm .
I got a 10 piece chicken nugget. They were hot and ready. I went through the drive through and customer service was great. She even said, Yes ma'am. Now everyone know that's a sign of respect. And you don't get that these days.

Tuesday. Thursday and Saturday. the young lady/gentleman is very nice. She remembers me and my husband. we get there @ 5am going to dialysis. The cook drives a black car. I get happy went I see her car. because I know my food will be cooked correctly. Love this staff.
Even though they were understaffed and busy, they made sure they acknowledged you and they made sure that you didn't feel forgotten. I didn't mind waiting a little more than normal because they were so welcoming.
