Called to Place my order girl that took my order was nice but then they told me order would be ready in 20 min went in 25 min in store and my order wasn’t ready. I have 15 break to go pick up order which sucks . Not the first time this happened.
First time placing an order to pick up and the service I received over the phone and in person was great. The lady who took care of me was in a good mood, friendly and polite.

Pretty good the food tastes good the service is good and the atmosphere feels nice and chill i would definitely recommend it.
This Wing Stop is in a very convenient location!!! They have a clean restaurant. Along with good food. The employees are nice. A very laid back atmosphere!
They have amazing customer service. They really took their time making sure they got my order right. They even offered free samples on the different flavors (turns out atomic isn't that hot). All in all, best restaurant experience I've had. Shout out to Matt, Juan and Caesar cause they were awesome cashiers. They really made me enjoy coming here
I received really good customer service the cashier making suggestions and recommendations on what was good on the menu. The place was very clean and the wings were really delicious. My only concern is the chemical smell from the nail salon transmits onto this place and I fear for the workers that are at the register for too long could get sick overtime. Other than that I get to go orders usually.
This Wingstop is no way shape or form similar to the other ones. Manager Juan definitely knows what he is doing when it comes to making sure the customers leave satisfied. Their wings are cooked well and their fries are my absolute favorite. I've never felt as if their restaurant was in a position to be in a food safety hazard. Their restrooms and tables are in fact always clean. Their customer service is off the chain. They in fact know what they are doing. The employees always greet everyone when they walk in, they've never shown any signs of negative emotions towards any of their customers. This Wingstop has definitely made sure that they are best. I'm someone who comes regularly and to be quite honest the manager has definitely made everyone felt at ease and extremely comfortable when it comes to his and his employees greetings down to the very last millisecond I leave. 10/10 recommend!
Chris and JR are on point. They made sure i got what I ordered. I read a few reviews prior to coming and was like please don’t let this location be like some others. I was able to get great customer service from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. Oh yea wings were cooked just right that a big plus. Keep up the Good work Chris and JR and the rest of the team.
The young man on the night shift is amazing. I was upset about a different store location and wanted to know if he had the number to that area manager. Although he couldn't provide me with the information he apologized on their behalf and asked if there was something in his power he could do. I thanked him for listening to my concern. You could hear the smile on his voice and his active listening.
The cashier luis was really a nice worker he treated me respectfully and made sure I was pleased with my order

This store doesn't get credit as it should. I work in the area and typically Fridays I place large orders at several restaurants for my staff. Today, I had the pleasure of placing a rather large order (several individual combos) over the phone order with Wisdom. Wisdom was very patient, and in person, a respectful young man. Kudos to this location and it’s staff. Wisdom: Thank you for your patience and confirming each order correctly without missing a SINGLE item. At the time of pick up and payment, again, Wisdom was patient as each order was paid individually. Not one item was missed on the order and it was ready at the time he indicated. Thank you for a great experience Wisdom!
