The food took a while to be prepared and finished but this is a popular spot so I cannot blame them. When my order was received it was hot and fresh and I was asked if I wanted condiments. Place was clean, service was fast, food was good, lots of parking space, love the way you can enter and exit via Post Oak or Bellfort, also like how easy is to order online!
Everything was so good from the ambiance to the customer service. Their lobby is supper clean, when people come in and eat after they leave they start cleaning the zone that was previously used. Much better than the one in Orem for sure.
McDonald's is consistent so while we don't do a lot of fast food, expect no surprises when eating there . This particular store is kept exceptionally clean and has helpful and efficient staff.
They took a long time making my Frappe and it had chunky ice pieces but everything else was good

I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. Best part is that my daughter can always get her Oreo McFlurry. It’s rare at other locations. You always get told the machine is not working.
I must say , I asked for my food fresh and they have me just that! The line was long but I don't mind waiting for fresh. I'm lovin it!
