First time here, they just opened this location recently. I had the Wangyu beef burger and my wife had the salmon salad. We shared the brussel sprouts and a side of onion rings and sweet potato waffle fries.
The burger and salad was amazing...the fries and brussel sprouts were really good. They have great tea. The shakes look amazing as well, I just didn't have room.
We will be back.
Beer selection was decent, happy hr. 2-7 and 9 till close Monday thru Friday and most beers are under 5. Wings were cooked well and great flavor, chicken tenders were really good light breading and the sauce it came with was a perfect addition. The queso was ok I asked for jalapeños on the side to kick it up a notch and the milk shake looks delicious but it was alright. Service was great, I will deff be back ! Thanks guys!
Nice and clean restaurant. Service is friendly. We were asked if we have been here before which I haven't she kindly explained that we choose what we want to order and order upfront. My son and I ordered the green chili con queso. It was different but did not expect black beans in the dip. My son ordered the Cuban sandwich with fries. I took a bite and it was delicious. I had the salmon salad. 2 thing I did not like: 1) I do not like iceberg lettuce in my salad 2) salmon was a little fishy. It seemed overcooked. Overall, the ambiance and the service were great.
Delicious. Service was superb. The interior was chic and clean. Perhaps servers could be updated with items ordered so they don’t have to keep asking if we were expecting more food or drinks just so to clear the order number disc. We will definitely be back.
Lively little burger joint with outdoor seating and full service bar. The Maverick and the Wild Caught Salmon are wonderful! The onion rings blew my mind! Their house sauces are unique touch and delicious. Try them all!

Great to see GKB finally opened after being closed for a long time. I’m assuming it was because of COVID-19. Layout of the place is great. There’s a bar close to the entrance and plenty of seating if you decide to dine-in.
Usually, to gauge how great a place is, I would get the most basic burger/cheeseburger and see how it turns out. Thought is “if you can’t get a basic burger done right, how do you expect to get anything else right?” But I didn’t get a regular burger. Instead, I ordered the Mac N Cheeseburger with Brussels Sprouts. I’ve always had problems getting a good tasting burger at refined places. It just seems like the best burgers come from places like dive bars or something that’s not so refined.
Fortunately for me, the burger I got was great. The patty they used tasted great. Perfect shape and perfect taste. The Mac N Cheese had the right amount of cheese and the macaroni was just the right softness and size. I just wished there is a way to keep the Mac N Cheese from falling out of the burger.
Brussels Sprouts tasted great also. Wasn’t too hard and had just the right amount of flavor to it. Not sure exactly what they put, but I really liked it.
I’m definitely going back to try a different burger. If you have that craving for a delicious burger, then you should go also.
Get here if you can! It's the second time I have been here and I can't praise their food enough. They have the nicest most attentive people on their staff, and the bar has a very good selection. I'll be back again and probably again after that...
Great to have Grub nearby. We have visited few other locations in and outside Texas. The menu offer a good variety of combinations for a good Burger. I always ask for the weat Bum which is awesome. Nice atmosphere and inside Bar. Offer seating outside also. Will be back!
This is a bright and airy upscale burger joint. The burgers are thick and the servers are friendly. Two burgers, fries, rings and 2 Cokes came to about $32. Would I return? Yes.
This was the best burger I have had in a VERY long time. Juicy and just the best! With sweet potato waffle fries, I will definatly be back! They have very attentive staff always on top of there guest with what ever we needed! We got a sample of there chips n queso, that was amazing too. It was a vegan queso, no meat, just beans n cheese n spices. Great flavor!
Delicious! I got the Harlem chicken tenders and my husband got the bone-in buffalo wings. I really enjoyed mine, and my husband said they were the best wings he’s had. We both got fries, which were stringy yet crispy. I tried the tipsy worms and dirt shake, and it was amazing! We will definitely be coming back!
Burgers are great. The cheese fries can feed 2 and are cheaper during happy hour. Join the rewards club to get free coupons and earn other rewards. They do have chicken items and none meat menu items. The side porch is half covered and allows well behaved dogs.

they have one of the best burgers in katy. today they messed up
my order and instead of being rude like other places they insisted on making me a new burger the way i wanted and it was perfect!!
