Every time I order I'm told how long it will be and that's when I come to pick up. It's never ever ready at that time even before covid-19. The last straw was I called them at 4:18 and placed my order for 5:30 I figured it would give them plenty of time to make it. I show up at 5:25 to let them know

I ordered an 8 corner pizza, but my pizza arrived with only 4 corners! It tasted good, but not what I ordered or paid for.

Ordered wings and salad. Specifically asked for well done crispy wings and I would say these were Barely cooked to temp. Asked for delivery and it took over an hour. No biggie but just a heads up. No ranch or fork or napkins delivered. Staying in a hotel so that kinda sucked. Wing sauce was pretty g

They say 35-40 min for pickup.......after an hour you would think the pizza would be ready......NOPE.... Then after you call and remind them after you called when they told you too the first time upon arriving they run right out the door with it.....AMAZING.... So now your getting COLD PIZZA, BURNT

Food was 25 mins late barely any meat on sub and my cheese sticks were cold. I tipped the driver 3.75 for cold food and basically a bun with lettuce and barely any meat on it. Never again will I order from jet’s pizza. This is 3 times this has happen. 3 strikes your out.

The last 3 times I have tried to order pizza they have been closed. I am ordering at 5:30-6:00pm. How can you be closed this many times in a 1 month period. Even before this, delivery was taking up to 2 hours. Poorly run and horrible service

Ordered my pizza for pickup, was told it would be an hour. I got there and didn't get my 2 pizzas for another 45 minutes, they didn't cook it til I showed up. My pizza was very good, service was terrible.
