This McDonald's is by far the best McDonald's in howell its never packed and if busy they do a awesome job of keeping things moving and the workers are polite and food was good and most importantly that sold me was the restrooms and store itself was really clean.. goodjob McDonald's
With some recent negative situations with police officers not being served at certain establishments across the US, tonight I had the opposite occur to me. While on duty, I had dropped off a prisoner at a county jail an hour away and when done I stopped in to use the restroom at the McDonald's at 2205 W Grand River Rd (Howell, MI). Afterwards I walked up to purchase a soda, small fries and a burger. I started to pull my money out and the manager said,"no officer, we don't charge you because you are working." I looked at him and said thank you very much and he went on to tell me they do it as a kind gesture to all law enforcement. Thank you McDonald's!
Best McDonald's around! Their quarter pounder was the best burger we've had in a long time from a McDonald's!
