Their pizza is great and wait time is minimal. However, ordering by phone is less than pleasant. They recently went to an outside call center (vs in store.)
The order takers have a foreign accent and speak very fast. One cannot understand them. We have to ask them to repeat themselves many times.
Well if I order food from here I suggest it be fresh. I ordered two pizzas and howie bread and I use to work at hungry howies when covid first took off I know what fresh pizza and bread looks like and my pizza was over cooked and hard as a rock and the howie bread was old from this early afternoon.
Very decent Pizza, but they are more skimpy on the items than most of the Pizza Outlets in the same area. They seem to be more skimpy on certain items than others, though...for example, they usually put enough Pepperoni on, but not at all when you order Beef (hamburger), which is my favorite item on
Pizza arrived not up to expectation, but the manager personally drove a gift card to my address. Much appreciated, and shows great customer service. I would recommend.

Just got off the phone with hungry howies, the guy never said his name, and was very rude. If you don’t want to work go home ! Nobody is forcing you to be there. I shouldn’t feel like a burden giving my business!!
It took over 10 minutes to order a pizza because they ask for so much information and the lady can't understand me. I asked if she was a call center and she actually said yes..... I did not expect that answer and our jobs should not be going overseas when people actually want to work.
Ive come to this location 100s of times over 30+ years. With a heavy heart i have to give a one star review.
