We had a school fundraiser there and we watched over the course for five hours..... the staff was amazing! Not only were they polite and accommodating but the entire restaurant stayed clean the whole time. No one waited I. Lone to long either! I am so happy with the service that we received that I will continue to go back again and again!
You ever find a 100 dollar bill laying on the ground? No? Well go to a chipotle, and take a bite that's what it feel like; you're welcome
Food was good, service was good, everything was exceptional.
It’s been awhile since visiting Chipotle. It still has the same look and feel of a Taco Bell with much better food. It has more taste, less calories and cost more. The new brisket topping quickly became my favorite. This brisket is not to be confused with what comes out of a veteran pit master’s smoker. But it is more flavorful than beef. I will not wait so long to return.
There was a fantastic employee working cash register and sweeping the floor... she was very engaging and asked proactively as I sat at my table and slowed down eating did I need a bag for my leftovers... I truly should have asked her name so I could have given kudos directly. This is the location at FM 1960 & West Lake Houston drive in Atascocita
The food was amazing, but the female waitress was just miserable. It was our first time visiting from the UK, and she wasn't very helpful. But it tasted great.
Staff has improved greatly. It's my go to chipotle. They are kind with regards to our food allergy requests.
This is THE Chipotle to go to! Probably the best burrito bowl I’ve had in years. The pastor chicken has so much flavor, I think I’ll be back tomorrow. The team is so friendly and even let us try the proteins to make sure we were happy. Forget the Summerwood location, this is it!!

I was hesitating in going today because there was a long line but I ended up going. The wait was a little long but once I got up to the front to order, I saw why. They where not only incredibly packed inside but looked like they had allot of online orders as well, so I couldn’t be upset because I know what it’s like to work In the food industry. I do wish I would have gotten the young man’s name but it was the one that was warming up the tortillas and adding the meats and rice. He was HUSTLING making sure he greeted the people in front of him and asked for a moment when needed it, since he was also taking care of the online orders. Things would run out and their he went running to get them and asking for them before they ran out completely, not once did he loose the smile on his face and make sure to acknowledge the people in front of him. He made the wait not seem all that long! I wanted to tip him for the amazing job he was doing but we didn’t want to interrupt his flow! I’ll definitely be going back and when I see him again give him the well deserved tip!!
This location is good about acknowledging people with to go orders. Staff is courteous and fast.
I like Chipotle but I can't really afford it anymore. Going carb friendly, not getting the rice/beans and adding double protein and queso guac has mine costing over $17.
Been here quite a few times in the last year, & while sometimes it's been out of items or they aren't caught up on refilling items, etc. They do a pretty good job most of the time, & it always looks clean. The staff are friendly & helpful for the most part, if not the quickest, most efficient crew every time. Not the best performing Chipotle location I've ever been to, but still worth coming back.
Stopped in to pick up an online order. I was early and the order wasn't ready. The lady acknowledged me right away, offered assistance, then prepped the order and even offered a free drink, which wasn't necessary so I declined but it was appreciated.
