I used the drive thru around 12:30pm today. The gentleman working the drive thru was truly excellent. I have Been to hundreds of Taco Bell’s; this guy was a step above all; he came across as someone enjoying what he does and understanding that he is the face of the business. Honestly, he came across as a Manager. If he wasn’t, he should be on a the path to one. Food was great.
What would we do without our local Taco Bell? It gets the order right most of the time, and it's open late. I miss the tostadas, but if dieting, a crispy taco sits at 170 calories, so I have fast food options that work for us.
Due to construction it's not easy access, however the friendly staff accuracy of my order and timely delivery makes it worth the effort. The facility was clean and the condiments well stocked. I'll be back even with the traffic construction mess.

They got low rating because they did not have any hot or fire sauce in the restaurant at all! I got to a TexMex restaurant I expect them to have hot sauce available.
Taco Bell will be Taco Bell but there is an amazing lady named Julia that works there now and omg she is amazing!!!! She is very friendly and caring. She was very helpful. I love her attitude and she needs a pay raise immediately!! Taco Bell needs more customer service members like Julia.
The food is great as always however, Nathan had amazing customer service & also has a great attitude!
