Ordered online and picked up, my food was ready and waiting but still hot. Super simple process and the wings and pizza were very good. Will be back for sure.
Being a pizza fanatic, This place is my favourite. Brixx serves some really great woodfired pizza with fresh toppings. My personal favs- 1)Rustica
pizza-topped with mushrooms, artichoke hearts, kalamata olives and roasted garlic loaded with mozzarella. The flavours of the pizza is bang on.
2) Pimento Cheese

jalapeno pimento cheese, roasted red peppers, and topped with fresh spinach leaves. It was a woodfired pizza and I am in love with it.
3)Wood-Roasted Vegetable

wild mushrooms, broccoli, onions, peppers, and fresh oregano with tomato sauce and mozzarella. Full of flavors and every bite was a delight.
For desserts, do try the tiramisu. One of the finest preparations. RECOMMENDED
Delicious! I always get the Mexican pizza. Fresh squeezed lemonade was OK, but the pizzas came out quickly and were great. Was just out for lunch so we didn't do drinks or dessert, but our server was kind and prompt and didn't forget anything we asked for, even though we sat on the patio. Will definitely be back!
Never Disappoints!. We've lived in Huntersville for about six years and this place is a long-standing family favorite. The food is always great and fresh, it's reasonably priced, and we've always had excellent service. Dinner there followed by live music at the nearby fountain makes for a great family night or neat date.

If you can mind the wait...it's worth it. The title should say it all, if you don't mind waiting long periods to be seated, it's definitely worth it. They just changed the pizza menu too. I had the Thai pizza. It was great. My wife is a sucker for the Artichoke Dip. A little tight in terms of space, but worth a try.
Love the new menu. Brixx has started to grow on me. They don't just serve standard, tomato sauce pizzas. They have a variety of options that will satisfy just about anyone. They also recently added a few new pizzas to their menu that are tasty and keep me wanting to come back...especially the artichoke red pepper pizza with pesto sauce. Their crust is always good, even on the wheat pizzas. And, the prices are really quite reasonable.
You can most definitely expect a wait for a table (sometimes up to an hour), since they are very popular. The quality and attentiveness of the service does vary significantly by server, however. We had one server that we saw watching a football game when we needed refills. Um, the TVs are for the customers' enjoyment...NOT the servers!
Even so, we enjoy the food enough to want to return.

We got a veggie pizza and Greek salad and it was pretty good. However it's pretty hard to mess that kind of food up. I will probably be back, but will keep looking for alternatives in huntersville and Charlotte.
I like it!. I've been coming here for years. The food is always good, hot and fresh. I had dinner here Saturday night. We started with the hummus dip, real good, and the entrees were 2 pizzas (chicken and vegetable) and pasta for my small daughter. Everything was good as usual and the food comes out pretty quickly. They also give you the option of whole wheat pizza. I agree with some of the other reviews that there's no place to wait and it is chaotic but if you get there early enough, you'll be OK. We got there about 5:30 and had to wait about 25 minutes. You can always walk around Birkdale and do some shopping while you wait. I used an entertainment coupon and got $10.50 off the bill.
Fun Place to Eat. Great food, great location, great service, great prices....need I say more. For a treat go for a late lunch on the weekend, sit outside and people watch. Doesn't get much better than this!

FAST!. I was shocked at how quick our pizzas were delivered to our table! WOW! Great service, fast preperation, fresh ingredients, about a zillion things on the menu to choose from. I can see why Brixx is one of the top rated pizza places on Urban Spoon.

Good Deal. This place is worth your money more than the newer restaurants in Birkdale. My boyfriend and I had a great time here after our night was ruined at the new tapas restaurant on the back corner. We like decent food at a decent price, We LOVE Brixx.

The pizza was great! The chicken was ok. Our waitress was so awesome! She definitely the reason why it earned the fourth star. The atmosphere was energetic. I would definitely go back to eat here.
Super fast service! We had the bruschetta it was very very good. The ingredients were really fresh. We were walk ins during the lunch rush on a Saturday and it was a great experience!
We had a wonderful experience here. The pizza was really good. It’s thin crust packed with flavor. I had the pear, walnut and Gorgonzola pizza. My husband had the Hawaii pizza which has pineapple and ham on it. (Btw pineapple doesn’t belong on pizza 🙄🤔) We sat outside which was great. They have a well shaded area and it happened to be a beautiful day. We people watched and enjoyed our lunch date.

Very light, fresh cheese, good amount of fresh veggies! Pizza for perfect for me. My order was ready in 10 minutes for to go and perfectly cooked! I am definitely going here again for dining experience.

We live in Ohio and drive out of our way anytime we are heading to Florida, Georgia, or North Carolina to vist Brixx at Birkdale! We have introduced our favorite wood-fired pizza to our adult children and also a co-worker who all stop in when in the area. We love the great food and service and it is located among wonderful little pedestrian shops at Birkdale.
