Love this place. It's in a nice location, the food is served quick, ice tea's always good, friendly staff. I especially love the pulled pork, the okra is great. My husband loves the brisket. Haven't had anything I didn't like.
Always delicious food, especially the Eastern NC style pork BBQ. Pleasant atmosphere, great service, and great food at a reasonable price. Great beer selection, too.
Great food. Good service. For authentic North Carolina barbecue this is the place. They know how to prepare good food. They serve pork, beef and chicken with a variety of sides from fries and baked beans to collard greens. The traditional local fare. Hush puppies are great too!
While in North Carolina on a business trip I asked for suggestions for some good North Carolina barbecue amd this place was suggested to me and I must say it was spot on

First time here, will def be back, such great service & excellent food. This place was recommended by most of the people at the WW II reenactment today at Latta Plantation. And the ambiance is just great, i don't like the big town feel of restaurants, this had a down home appeal. I had the bbq, after 3 tries finally found the mild sauce. I'm gonna try fried chicken next time cause i saw it later on someone elses plate & it looked yummy.
I was at the Huntersville location about a month ago with friends from work and had open face brisket which was awesome . I raved about it to my wife.
We came in yesterday and my wife was blown away with the pulled pork and ribs
This will now be our go to BBQ place

The wings here are fantastic and made to order not some warmed up in the microwave type. As far as vegetables go you cant go wrong with any of them.

It was good going with old good time friends yesterday last night the food was good they don’t suffed corn nuggets anymore what a shamed but still good

Stopped in to have lunch with friends that live in the area. Very clean restaurant. Friendly staff. One of our group was very late and though it was lunch time we were never rushed. Arrived at 11:30 and chatted till 2:30. Food was good and portions were just right. I ordered a BBQ plate with Brunswick stew and greens as a side. Pork was perfect and the sauces on the table complimented it. Also, the hush puppies were done just right and were moist and tasty. Definitely going to come back even though it's not on any of the routes I travel in the area. I ordered a brisket plate to take home to the wife and it was just as good reheated in a micro for her dinner. Definitely a hidden gem in the area. As an FYI, they have a very nice bar area separate from the restaurant. Lots of old time pictures from around the area on the walls.
Such a wonderful place. Customer service is absolutely top notch, everyone greeted me with a smile and helpful attitude. My mother passed away from a rare disease three years ago today, and I decided to come in because her maiden name is Lancaster, and we always had family reunions at our hometown BBQ restaurant. I was so pleasantly surprised by how welcome I felt and how perfect this choice was!! Haven't had the food yet but if it's anything close to how good it smells in here, I have no doubt it will be just what I wanted. Thank you!
This is a hidden gem in Huntersville. I kept seeing people talk about it on various platforms and decided to give them a try. The food & drinks did not disappoint!! The only thing is that the fish sandwich came plain. I had to request the toppings, other than that-delicious!
I drive by this place at least twice a week and I finally stopped for lunch. What a gem. Ordered a full rack of ribs., Very nicely cooked. Will be back for sure. Customer service A++++++

We had the BBQ plate and BBQ sandwich. Would highly recommend both. And our sides were fantastic...curly chips were outstanding, great Brunswick stew and always choose the mustard slaw.

This place is always busy so we decided to give it a try. I cannot say enough about the service, I believe our waitresses name was Tanya and she was amazing! She was quick and efficient, friendly, and when my picky daughter didn’t like the way something was prepared, she had it fixed immediately (even though we didn’t ask). The restaurant was very clean and had a good atmosphere. The food was average, but good enough we’d go again.
