I don’t want to give any less than a decent review star wise because I’d hate the rating to go down, I love going to fox but tonight made me reconsider I ordering food there ever again. Every single thing I ordered Togo was wrong. My chicken sandwich was a literal hockey puck with no sauce. And the bun… it gave the burnt chicken a run for its money- so burnt and stale. Cauliflower came with no sauce. Mac and Cheese Sammy came as a bowl with burnt chicken again. The sides for the sandwiches were left out. The fried cookie dough was raw. Ordered and paid for cheese on the sandwiches that we didn’t receive. I know situations are tough in the industry right now but this in my eyes is just a complete lack of care. Not a single thing was checked for accuracy and nothing tasted good and most was barely even edible. Hopefully this was a fluke? Not sure. Just want to make management aware.

As a customer, the food is solid. Though I haven't been here in a while. This review is being left from the perspective of a DoorDash driver who consistently calls this location one of the best to deliver for. They have a number of restaurants here and if you are reading this and want a good experience using DoorDash I highly recommend this place. I have never had an issue with one of their orders at any point and they are fast!
