I have been ordering from Big Chopsticks for years. I have to admit that I was not ever 100% satisfied in the past. I recently went in and met the new owners. These people are amazing! The place has a new kitchen, its been remodeled, they have made a huge effort to clean up the bad reputation this place. The new food menu is spectacular. I am a huge fan of honey walnut shrimp and was very excited to see this on the menu. I will assure you that the food is not the typical stuff you get from a fast food place, this new food menu is all high-end and excellent quality. Just wanted to offer my 2 cents...
Just ordered Delivery! And I really don’t get all the bad reviews. Everything was Hot, Fresh, and delicious : ) glad I went with my gut instinct and not all the fake bad reviews! Thank you big chopsticks I will be ordering from you again! Best Chinese delivery I have had in HB.
These people with the 1 star reviews are trippin'. So, it took a little longer to get your food. Oh, you ordered at lunch time? No duh it's gonna be busy. This place is legit. Some people just do not have any patients and to give a review just based on that is mindless. Food is great and is consistant
The place is super small, but we did carryout anyway. They also have free delivery if you're 5 miles or less away and $12 minimum.
They were very fast, very friendly and the food was delicious! I will DEFINITELY go back and I recommend it to anyway who likes american-chinese food.
The portions are HUGE btw. We got: Chicken chow mien, orange chicken and honey glaze walnut shrimp. It came with fried rice, steamed rice, fortune cookies and soy sauce packets.
The chicken was amazing, the beef was amazing, and the drinks were spectacular! I was very impressed at the service because it was so fast it took 3 minutes and it was perfect. It was the best Asian restaurant ever.
wow - surprised at the lousy reviews. Our office has ordered food from there several times and it has always been. Just ordered today, cross our fingers we still think it's good
Amazing food. Great service ! Their orange chicken, eggrolls, & wantons were delicious . The girl at the front was super helpful. Definitely will be back soon!
Really delicious but they are a little short on the amount of meat in each entree, mostly vegetables. I usually eat a lot of vegetable anyway but my husband and son like a little more meat.
I have an eating there since they opened, and have never been disappointed. Delicious food, thoughtful service, pleasant in every way.
The cashier male and female are very nice and helpful. You guys should eat here because the food is very good
