Not only is the food here amazing, but the service is impeccable. We love everyone who works here, Roland is so accommodating, and we always leave feeling like we had a great dining experience. The way that they prepare their branzino here is probably my favorite fish dish on LI. The octopus is incredible, and the eggplant Parmesan melts in your mouth. My husband and I consider Piccolo to be one of our favorite spots in the area 😊

This restaurant is beautiful. The seafood linguine/ linguine Fruitti Di Maree was underwhelming (portion and flavors). They included fried slices of lemon in our fried calamari which was extremely odd. I enjoyed their passionfruit mocktail, casarecce and tiramisu. Our server, Amanda was awesome, loving & passionate about working here. She loves the restaurant, the food, wine, and her coworkers. And that’s what I enjoy seeing. The food including entree did take a long while to come out from the kitchen and we did wait a while to have our orders taken (reason I removed a star). I will come back and try the salmon entree and the lobster ravioli entree my mom said she loved when she came here.
Time and time again food is excellent. Mussels and pasta bolognese are our favorites. Fish dishes always fresh and prepared as on menu or as you wish. Service and staff including Kate, Roman and Amanda are both professional and friendly. They create a warm and comfortable environment to enjoy the delicious food served in the restaurant. Excellent Happy Hour as well. We have never had anything we did not enjoy and are always looking forward to our next visit.
First time at this restaurant and I have nothing but great things to say. Quaint dining room. Service top notch and of course the food was amazing. Our favorites were the artichoke app, the chicken Piccolo and the Lobster Tagliatelle. Can’t wait to go back!
I had wanted to try Piccolo Mondo for yesrs and finally made the reservation. I had the roasted beet and goat cheese salad, baby artichokes and halibut. It was one of the best meals I have ever had. Service was exceptional. Wine was superb. Restaurant is beautiful. From the outside you would never know how amazing it is in the inside. I can't wait to visit again. Definitely a true gem.
The food and service were excellent. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. All four entries were delicious. Only negative was the short rib meatball appetizer. Very tasty polenta and sauces but the meat was a little dry. Great experience. We'll be back soon.
Great food; wonderful, friendly staff! Owner always there with a smile and accommodate in anyway.. i have a nephew with so many food allergies and they ensure he can eat worry free!!
We have been coming here for more than 15 years, and there's a reason for that. The food is delicious and the service/wait staff are amazing. Roland wants the best for all of his customers and he definitely delivers. I highly recommend this restaurant!
This is probably one of my favorite restaurants on LI!! This chef really knows how to cook!!! I had the Parmesan French Chicken. Hubby had the Chicken Scapariello. Both were just incredible!! It’s a hard place to find on Jericho Tpke in Commack. Look for Maddaloni Jewelers which is on the corner of this strip of stores on Jericho Tpke. Just go!!!
