El Ranchito is the only place in Huntington I want to spend my birthday, Valentine's Day, and a Tuesday. The service is wonderful. Everyone is friendly & the food is delicious! ¡Gracias por ser impresionante!

Really close second to tortilla factory. They have great fresh guacamole here. The rest is your standard Mexican fare. The salsa is good, and I've never been served stale chips.
Good Mexican Food. Stopped here late one evening and was surprised by the food quality. The chicken and rice were good and I loved the queso blanco that came with it. This isn't my favorite Mexican place around (Casa Grande), but it certainly holds it's weight in a competitive category.

Good Restaurant. This has to be the best mexican restaurant in the tri-state area. I have been there plenty of times and it has been excelent every time. This is to the person that said the enchilada sauce was bad their is plenty of other choices that are good my favorite dish is probably the fajitas I recomend everyone to come try this restaurant they also have really good margaritas also the staff is really good.

The food is really great and has some options that you can't get at other local Mexican places.
I recommend anything with the slow-cooked pork. It is so tender, but they thrown it on the grill to give parts of it a little caramelized crunch!
I have not had the seafood, but friends recommend it.
The service here is great. The employees really want you to enjoy your meal. They bring you plenty of chips and salsa and keep your glass filled. After going here once, I knew I would be coming back frequently.
Very tasty, though a bit pricey for the amount of food. I have had a terrible time finding decent Mexican food in Huntington, so I went in thinking it would be more of the same. I wasn't swept away to Cancun, but I thoroughly enjoyed my food. I would tell any locals looking for a good meal to check out El Ranchito. The food items are not too expensive but maybe a bit more so than similar dining destinations in town. Overall, I give El Ranchito 4 out of 5 chiles :)
Very clean, very fast, very good. Really cool family run place in the old KFC building across from cabell huntington hospital. I stopped in one day after work and ordered my stand by mexican dish, enchilada supreme, good stuff! 7.50 for enchilada supreme a big bag of tortilla chips and some salsa and it was prepared in 5 mins.

Delicious Mexican food, friendly staff, and colorful, festive decor. I was super impressed with the fresh flavor of their salsa and hot, fresh, crispy corn chips. The chicken fajita burrito was the perfect balance of meat and veggies, and covered with cheese. And of course the rice was done just right. Churros was the perfect ending, sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar, plus carnell filled. Yummy!!
