Yesterday me and my partner visited during the hotter part of the day, and the store had an influx of customers before us. Despite this, the service was still quick, and the employees were kind and helpful. Last but not least, the ice cream was incredible! I would definitely visit again.

The Baskin - Robbins on 1598 Washington Ave Huntington WV has been the best experience I have had at any BR shop....High quality ice cream and toppings...and a wonderful staff .. I just moved to the area but this is going to be my daily summer adventure...yum 😋

Need to educate your employees on customer service, absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at any retail location of any type.
