Great quality as always. The burrito by itself is a filling meal even with a big appetite, and this location offers a wonderful salad bar with pickled and fresh veggies, as well as a variety of freshly made salsas.

First Mexican food we had since we left headed to Alabama. And it is absolutely worth it. The food is good. The service is good. Definitely recommend.

My family and I LOVE this place! The fresh salsa bar is incredible! 😍 Tacos, burritos, tamales, quesadillas, enchiladas, guacamole, menudo, chile rellenos, chimichangas, they have it all!! Highly recommend!

Authentic Mexican food. Best taco trucks in town. The restaurant version in South Huntsville has a salsa bar, and free chips and beans. There is a drive thru version in Madison. If you can't fix it with green sauce, use more green sauce.

The family and I decided to try Taqueria El Casador for lunch. The food was delicious and the price was fair. We especially enjoyed the condiment bar and the free refills of horchata. They also offer chips, salsa, and beans complementary when you order a meal. I ordered the carnitas tacos and the me
