I've been to Hong Kong 3 times in the past two years. The Dim sum at Ding How is like it used to be 35 years ago. I was so disappointed when I went to Hong Kong and they didn't serve the dim sum on the food carts. Your dim sum is better than what I can get in Hong Kong! Happy Chinese New Year's to everyone Ding How !!
Been coming here for over 10 years, this is our favorite place in Huntsville, hands down the best !! Weekend Dim Sum, never get tired of it!!

I've been eating here about 15 years, it's my favorite Chinese restaurant in town. The food is always fantastic. I always have to come in and order the Sizzling Rice soup (Chinese Penicillin) when I'm feeling under the weather. Dimly lit and quiet....my favorite place to eat when it rains.
