When you eat there I pray you get the waiter named “Craig”. He is by far the most awesome waiter we have ever had at any restaurant period.
My husband and I stopped in to the Outback in Huntsville AL for lunch on Saturday, Jan 27th. We were both so impressed by our server Shawna. She was friendly, gracious, and she anticipated anything we could want. Since arriving in the South 7 years ago, Shawna is the first server we've experienced who is truly exceptional at her job. Thanks Outback for the great lunch, and thanks Shawna for the great experience!
Had a great experience last night. Our waiter was very friendly. We got our appetizer in record time. The food was out fast as well. We were so thankful because we had been hiking all day and were famished. There was a a bit of a wait. But we got drinks at the bar that were amazing, namely the Castaway Cocktail!
The prime rib was perfect, the Alice Springs chicken was great, but a lot smaller than usual. Other than that. Perfect dining experience
I had the Sirloin and Lobster Tail combo for $14.99
Added a house salad, and onion pedal appetizer
Let's not forget the bread.
30 min wait. Not bad for a Friday at 6 pm

Jenny is by far my favorite waitress that I've had here and my fiance and I visit at least 5 times a month. I will normally see her at the bar during that day and at night she is a regular waitress. She is phenomenal and goes the extra mile to make sure that everyone is satisfied. Even with our big party tonight and extra add on she was great and I'm glad that she could be our server. She deserve a raise or a promotion for being so wonderful. Thanks again outback for continuing to rank as my favorite restaurant.
I always love eating here. I had the Mothers Day special Filet Mignon with lump crab and a belegnaise sauce and it was amazing. I also added in a Castaway Cocktail. The waitress was bleh, she kept telling my Father-in-law his sweet tea was boring and to get a real drink to which he finally replied I have cancer. She was like that sucks. Still she kept coming back to our table to "look busy" her words. Fanning herself saying she was hott and to fat for her job. Other than her the meal was great.
Stopped by for lunch today, not as crowded as you might expect so we were able to get in and out of there in a reasonable amount of time for a lunch break. The food here is good! A bit heavy though so watch what you order if you need to be high-energy afterward. Our server Jake was excellent; very courteous and attentive. Overall a great experience. Give it a shot!
Had a delicious lunch today at our local Outback. We had the 11 ounce sirloin for the first time and it was perfect. Our waitress,Miranda was very efficient and took care of us very well. We even had the manager, Jay Robinson bring us our food! Great personal service and great food is why this is favorite Outback!
Good food prepared right my son wanted to go there for his birthday. Only thing .y wife had the staff that were having a very loud gab feast to quiet down, my son and I wanted to handle. It very much different...but She was more kinder than we wold have been. The five stars was for the food.
We will take a while to go back to this public service steakhouse.
Great service is still alive! We stopped in for lunch and our hostess and server were fantastic. Here's the kicker; the hostess noticed me glancing about for my server, who had just been there. I wanted a refill and some doggie boxes and forgot to ask them. I think the hostess was on her break, but she saw me glancing, came over, asked if she could help, and immediately took GREAT care of us! Pandemic has beaten us all up. But great people who care about their work and their customers are still around. At least they are at this place.
This place never disappoints. Chicken is always so tender you can cut it with a fork. Customers service is always top notch.
We ordered the bloomin onion and the sirloin and shrimp. The Ceasars salad was decent, the lettuce was fresh anservice. Steak was cooked perfectly and great flavor. Smidgen chewy but okay. Shrimp had good flavor as well. Clean, spacious, and friendly, a tad on the noisy side but not unbearable. Overall pleased with the food quality and servuce. A solid 4/5 stars.
