The order taker guy in the drive thru was too abrupt and brisk for me. I had no menu to look at and he kept ignoring my questions about the menu, as he tried to rush me along. BTW No one else was in the line with me at the time.. The young lady that took the payment was polite.

I usually give five star reviews but it's time for Zaxby's (corporate) to wake up. Two chicken finger dinners and drinks was $40. They discontinued the fried mushroom appetizer. The service and the employee morale is always excellent.

It's been a while since I've been to any Zaxby's location. I was very disappointed with my order today. The prices doesn't fit the quality of the food. Either you need better cooks or corporate needs to head back to the test kitchen.
Seems like you can't get help at hardly any fast food places in Huntsvie. But everything this Zazby's comes through! Also the girl that takes My order is hot as hell too!!
Great food. Last time they got a little skimpy with the finger count. Half a finger is not a whole finger. Lol!
I only gave the star because of the cashier outside sweaty bullets with a smile on her face.

It was not very full inside but the line in the drive thru was very long. I was waiting on several people for more than 10 minutes. Been awhile since I ate there, avoided it because of the long lines. It took 15 minutes to get through to order and another 5 to get it so it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be... but it was worth it. I forgot that it was actually good food.
