Today was a crazy day. I placed a mobile order at 2pm, planning to have enough time to run to my pharmacy and then grab the drinks. My first mistake was not thinking it was Saturday and the pharmacy would be busy. Then, I thought I had placed the mobile order at the Starbucks down the street from my pharmacy…..BUT I screwed up abs had placed then at the one closest to my house. The drinks all were cold blended drinks and by this time I was 30 minutes late for my orders. I called the store and talked to Keith. After explaining the situation to him, he offered to remake the frozen drinks for me as they were already melting. That was my first spectacular impression of this gentleman and his staff. It was MY fault for being late, yet he totally offered. The second thing that blew me away was after the drinks were remade fresh, they offered to let me have the semi melted ones and no extra charge!!! (Which I shared abs gave to my neighbors.)
I’m sorry this was such a long story but I worked in retail for over 25 years and this was a prime example of outstanding, extraordinary, and above & beyond service that a lot of businesses lack. Thank Keith and your staff for being so kind and understanding today. It made my bad day so much better. I’m sorry I didn’t have cash to leave you guys a tip for your wonderful service, but I hope your store manger or district manager sees this and does something special for you guys cause you deserve it. Thank you thank you and 5 stars go to Keith and his staff today Saturday April 23rd for making my day even better!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

As a Starbucks regular...we needed our fix early morning after checking in a friend for outpatient at Medical City hospital North Richland Hills. Friendly staff. Pretty clean store bathrooms could use some work on facilities and plumbing. Cappuccino was so so at best. First order was wrong remake was okay but not up to standards that we're accustomed to at other locations. Maybe it was before the crew had a caffeine fix?
Baristas always greet you when you come in. I’m usually in and out within 3-5 mins. I usually have 3 or 4 shots of espresso over ice with white mocha.
The coffee roasts tend to have a slightly burnt undertaste, in my humble opinion. In addition, the menu prices are somewhat expensive for coffee, teas, desserts and baked goods that seem to be a tad bit above average. The service at this location is acceptable.
