Had a pretty quick inside order. Employees were nice. Typical McDonald's.
Well I went to get breakfast and they were a little busy, so I wasn’t to worry about any mess ups, but they messed up what I paid for so I paid more than I should have. Which I wasn’t worried about that it was fine, but they decided to give me a refund and only gave me part of what I ordered. Which
The service was alright, but employees need to be more friendly, smile, and say thank you especially when someone says it to you. I used to work for McDonald's back in 1987-1990, we had to smile and say thank you and you're welcome, and have a nice day, evening. Being kind and friendly doesn't cost
If you order inside they can't screw up too bad. But I haven't had them get my order right the last 5 times in the drive thru. Either it's miss heard over the mic or we get home and we're missing something. Check your receipts and check your bags before leaving!
Use a employee car to Block the 2nd drive through at 1115 on a Saturday then take a order, wait to give it out to the car before they take the next order..31 minutes from when we got in line until we got our food .Definitely not "fast food"..
Went to get food at 1:40am and there were employees outside smoking. We got up to the window and they said sorry we’re closing bc we have no staff.. uhh maybe bc you’ll are outside smoking? All the lights were still on and there were 3 cars at the window paying and getting their food.. very irritati
This location can NEVER get door dash vs curbside right. I’ve waited at curbside for 20 minutes, 3 different times now. When I go inside for my food they always say “oops sorry, thought you were door dash.” Completely unnecessary.
i went there for breakfast, and ordered two breakfast sandwiches got through the line pretty quick and the workers were nice but, i get home and i bite into my sandwich and there is part of an eggshell in my sandwich. i’m very sad and upset
