The food is awesome here. We started with a dozen oysters which were excellent. Veal Parmesan is so tender, and served with homemade pasta in a delicious tomato sauce. Tried the chicken empanada as an appetizer. The crust was amazing and it was so good. Also tried beet salad with shrimp and feta. This too was very enjoyable. Service is great and staff is very welcoming.
Tumi in Hyannis. 10/10 surprise and I did not take enough pictures... They had plenty of staff on hand, no waiting longer than needed for anything. Pisco Sour and water to start, and the Bread and oil came fast.
Tuna Cheviche with oysters was amazing. The Authentic Peruvian corn was really interesting.
She had the Chicken Fettuchini Alfredo (she says best EVER). It was obviously homemade pasta. I had the duck on mango risotto, and their recommended med/rare was perfect. Dessert was amazing as well.
Two people three courses each, with two drinks came to $120. This hidden gem is my new favorite place 🙌🏻
Great place to eat great food with Peruvian twist. Love the menu, knowledge and service. They were not busy and very attentive. We ordered few things and love all of them. Definitely recommend it. Love the duck!!Lots of choices!
Amazing Ceviche and every other dish we had tonight. Great presentation, fresh ingredients, special recipes! Strongly recommend.
Great atmosphere, friendly staff, music and outside seating. The waiter was very kind and attentive, he made sure glasses were filled and kept the table clear when we were done eating. He gave good recommendations to some of the dishes we were not sure of. The music was great and the menu of amazing options from Latin American to Italian dishes. The wine selection is also amazing! We love Chianti and sometimes not always on the menu, but the restaurant had it!
The kitchen deserves 10/5🤩 Every dish we ordered was amazing - meat, duck, seafood, ceviche. I would love to go back again!
The meal deal before 5:30 has to be the best value in town! The ceviche was great and we tried a few kinds. We also liked the paella which is not easy to get done well. We ended up coming back once more during our visit to the cape and we would have visited a 3rd time if we discover it earlier.
Important Update: We have now come here twice in less than 24 hours, it is THAT GOOD! Lunch is just as delicious as dinner here—had to get the empanadas again (they’re absolutely amazing) and started off with some yucca frita, wood grilled asparagus, and the raspberry margarita pitcher, all phenomenal! The service is on point and absolutely exceptional; our waiter was the only server & bartender in today (someone called out) and we truly appreciate his hard work and dedication, it does not go unnoticed so thank you Archie!!! I highly recommend coming to Tumi, the food, the drinks, the experience are all magical ✨
YASSSSS Tumi is the spot! I’m so happy I found this hidden gem down on Main Street, it is a must go to!!! Everything was absolutely delicious—fresh, full of color and life, and a fabulous fusion of two delicious cuisines, Peruvian and Italian ✨ The drinks were really yummy, the Bird of Paradise & Spicy Mule-Rita hit the spot. The food was straight hot fire—I think anything on the menu is a good choice honestly—the empanada mmm, the yucca gnocchi fantastic, the homemade pasta yum, the chicken and lobster piccata was devoured. Everyone we encountered was exceptionally friendly and nice, the service was beyond great! Thank you Tumi for a truly wonderful experience, will be back for sure (and who knows it may even be tomorrow!)
An excellent selection of italian and peruvian flavors. I love the variety and high quality flavors. Many hints of lime and cilantro here.
We did spend a bit more than I would have liked because of the number of appetizers we ordered but it was worth it.
We’ve been going to this restaurant for almost a decade, and they never fail to impress us. The food always has a new exciting aspect, and it is just the most amazing place. Atmosphere is very welcoming and vibrant, and the service is impeccable and fast. We love TUMI, and hope you’ll enjoy it as much as our family does.
Was very pleased to be able to come here! I had been wanting to try it for a while after hearing good things and finally got the chance. We had a large group so we tried a lot of different menu items: all of them were fantastic! Everything was perfectly seasoned and dressed, nothing under or over. Drinks were very good as well. Service was a bit slow but it appeared they were understaffed that day. Didn't mind it though as the food was worth it.
The service was phenomenal. Cassie was very helpful in suggesting some of her favorites. She was also very welcoming as it was I first time. She wore a smile and was very knowledgeable.
The food was phenomenal, fairly priced and and the portions were plentiful. Great experience. We will be back next year ( as we only visit the cape once a year.). This place will be in our vacation to do list for years to come.
The food was amazing even though the portions were very small. The eggplant rolattini is absolutely amazing and so is the ceviche. We had great service.
Hidden in a corner of a bustling street, this spot is the best kept secret of Hyannis that I was able to discover with my parents. It serves Peruvian inspired dishes with an added Italian twist. We first started with the Spicy Peach Mezcal Mule-rita - a drink that promised that piquant, smoky flavor and truly delivered. We then ordered the Tuna Ceviche which was zesty and juicy with lime. For the main course, we ordered the Lobster Risotto, Andean Risotto, and Chicken Tuscan. They were all so flavorful, and the unexpected best ingredient was the choclo (Peruvian corn). We ended the night with their mouth-watering Très Leches cake - which is a slice of heaven you'll just have to go and try for yourself. While the restaurant service could've been better, I definitely recommend going here for the authentic food (and even multiple times!)
The ceviche was amazing, slightly smaller portions than we are accustomed to at Peruvian restaurants, but the quality made up for that. The server was friendly and prompt. But the desserts were the real standout. The panna cotta was one of the absolute best desserts I've ever had in a restaurant, the tres leches was also very good the the lava cake with ice cream was unique--a little different flavor to the ice cream than we expected, but very good and a fun to try new flavor.
Went for dinner, food is absolutely delicious and comes out piping hot. One of the best places in Hyannis for dinner. Hit the bar after and Sipho (sp?) the bartender makes incredible drinks - try the smoky old fashioned if you are bourbon guy (best I have ever had).
One of my favorite restaurants on the cape. It's in a nice location tuck in behind off from main Street. You can park out back and not have to deal with main Street at all which is nice.
The food here is fantastic as their ceviche's are the best around. They offer a lot of great specials that are often hard to pass on because they are usually a fresh batch of the day.
