The burgers are really good; we try the elevation burger and BBQ option. They are definitely both so good. But if you want something with fresh vegetables (elevation), the quality is so good and the fries too. The milkshake too. I was surprise I really like it

My kids suggested this restaurant to us, having gone there before. And I was very pleased with the food. The only thing that put a damper on our visit was the chalkboard. They have a whole board of drawings, and my daughter wanted to add one. But when she asked if they had any chalk left, the people working told her the board was finished and that there was no more space. Nothing about only workers being able to make pictures, or even being worried about germs left on the board. Just that there was no more space. Even though(see image) there was clearly space left on it. All my daughter wanted to do was put a small, inspirational message- and she wasn't even able to do that.
TL;DR: The food was good, but our experience was blemished by bad customer service.

I ordered a double grass fed beef burger. I can taste the freshness. I know Elevation Burger has been out for years now but it was my first time. The burgers here are great and good prices I paid about $10. Parking at this location is okay during lunch time. The service here was excellent.

I know I’m late late but...once again, I’ve passed this spot several times in life. I was in the mood for a good burger, so I decided to FINALLY stop, and go into Elevation Burger !! I must say that I was fairly excited patronize this place that I’ve herd so much about. I chose the 5501 Baltimore Ave., Hyattsville M.D. location to try. They pride themselves on using organic grass fed beef patties, cage free chicken, and fries cooked in olive oil. I started off with their Veggie burger (pictured a veggie patty with cheese, tomato, lettuce, onions, mustard, and ketchup $8). The patty tasted like it was rushed. It wasn’t cooked long enough for my liking, although it was savory and tasty...I took that home and gave it some more heat before I finished it. Next up was their Impossible burger (pictured with pickles, lettuce, onion, tomato, mustard and ketchup $8). Now this burger I crushed. I’m not a huge fan of the Impossible nor Beyond meat brands, however this burger was thinly sliced, hot off the grill, and was simply a good take on such a nostalgic and classic sandwich. I also tried their Elevation fries, Onion Rings, and their strawberry banana shake. The fries were different...a tad bit over saturated with toppings, but strangely delectable with each fork pull. The onion rings were onion rings...nothing negative to say about those...they served their purpose. That shake...was disappointing. It had a faint taste of banana and strawberry, and a strong vanilla flavor. Their is a myriad of options at this spot like their BBQ bacon cheddar burger, their Fiery Burger that includes hot relish and jalapeños, their chicken tenders, and classic fries. This spots customer service was on point. I’ve read negative reviews about this particular spots customer service. But I was greeted, told about their signature burgers, up sold a shake, and meal was even brought to me when it was ready. Parking was tricky, depending on the time of day it could be a nuance or fairly easy. Well I finally experienced this spot, have you? That’s it. **This establishment is Covid compliant**

I left my purse there and the employee saved my things till I came back and got it. Provided excellent customer service. A bit pricey. Not a fan of vegan milkshake lol. Burgers were good.

Out of half of their menu and 1/3 of there beverages. Food tasted like school cafeteria food. Paid $40 for terrible food. On top of all of that the woman’s restroom was out of order. The google info says LGBT friendly. In the men’s bathroom there is graffiti that is homophobic. Do not eat here. It’s not worth it.

There was no line, the food came quick and was delicious.

The food was just thrown in the bag and slapped together. Very slow service. Their was only 2 people on a Saturday but it seemed like it took forever only for the food to be not so good at all. I had to end up getting food somewhere else.

So I just moved here and decided to try Elevation Burger. Friendly service and nice place but the food isn't good at all The Grass Fed burger tasted funny and absolutely zero seasoning. I ate two bites and threw it away. I also had the new chicken sandwich and it was just ok. No real flavor to anything And I ordered fries and a strawberry shake. THR SHAKE WAS NOT SWEET AT ALL! Like does this place purposefully not have any tatse in their food!??? Horrible experience . I only ate the tasteless chicken sandwich and a handful of the fries and was done.

I am a visitor from Portland, OR and I stopped by to pick up a menu while out looking for dinner in the area. One of the things I have noticed in Maryland is most employees don't know much about the company they work for. When I came into Elevation Burger, I a was greeted by a young lady named Fatima and I asked her, "What makes you guys different and why should I buy from you guys?" She quickly replied with several reasons including that the beef is grass-fed and that they were locally owned. As a sales consultant, I was sold. Good job Fatima!

The service was good but that itty bitty micro mini pimp burger!! I bought a single cheeseburger that a small child would have still been hungry after eating. SMDH I came from Columbia too.

Overpriced and limited options. The side salad was half frozen...The cucumbers were crystallized ice.

The was a great burger and not greasy like a lot of other burgers.

When they first opened they were awesome, they gradually got worse and worse & now they just suck. Poor food. Poor service & the last time I was there I am fairly certain gave me wicked food poisoning. I won't ever be back.
