Okay food....i would describe this place as " Authentic on a Budget." I never smell the food being cooked....but it may be its location and how busy they never are....so I assume the food has been sitting since morning waiting for people to come in and purchase. I saw other reviewers say that they are rude, but I think they are just Jamaican. đ€Łđ
ornery and stern, but never got rudeness from them. They have been here a loooooooong time and when I need of real west Indian food for where we are, there aren't many good places, so you gotta deal.

I would like to let everyone know this place is under new management. Come back one more time and you won't be disappointed . Ore food is well prepared, healthy, clean, good portions , great price. Our jerk chicken is jerk on a grill using charcoal. Come check us out and see for yourself..

Omg yessss This location has new owners. They food was so delicious. Curry Goat super tender, and I also taste brown stew chicken. The best Caribbean restaurant on this md side. I will travel from moco to get the food. So worthy it. Millie is so sweet, so welcoming.

I go here maybe atleast once a week for the past 2 month and the food is great but the service is slow. I always call ahead and my order is never ready when I get here.
What is the point of calling ahead if you wonât put the food till I get there. Iâm currently waiting 30 mins (still waiting ) and I called 15 mins ahead.
Also get a calculated I have been over charged twice.

Maybe I came on the wrong day Idk, but it was 1230 and I assume lunchtime would have been the freshest hour. I was o so wrong. The flavor was good but the jerk chicken was so old, and dry that most pieces were hard and brown. Rice and peas was good when you werent picking bones out of the optional "gravy". The plantain was the best part of the meal. If there's no cars or people out front I would not go in there if I were you. Find somewhere else!

First time here. Was already a little iffy seeing as though I was the only customer and there was no one at the counter. Curry chicken was OK. Roti is a big fat no. Never had Roti like this but there was some yellow corn meal like substance in mine yuck. Older guy at the front tried to get rude upon me asking ONE question. Never been here before and wont be going back. Ill stick to my spots.

The rice was undercooked and the cabbage didnât have much seasoning. I wanted this to be great and unfortunately it wasnât. Got the oxtail and they were OK. The plantain was good. Overall I wouldnât return.
