Unfortunately Popeyes is not the same anymore, however this particular location. The staff is rude, they always get my orders wrong even when I doordash its always wrong, the food is ok but spicy isn't spicy anymore. Guess there are too many weak palettes now...

I wish I took pictures of their triflin @$$ chicken I will never EVER go there again but please continue to go if you like your chicken Uncooked, Old, and rotten cause if thats the case they will never let you down.....

Food is good. Staff is NOT. Mixed up order, gave me Mac cheese instead of mashed potatoes. When back to counter to get correct item. Got Mac cheese again. I ask her if she looked at it. She said someone put in wrong spot. I said again did you LOOK.

Jan 15 2022 This Popeyes is dirty . Employees wear face masks under their nose . Don’t change their gloves after touching POS system . They just go start making your food. Customer service sucks they don’t greet customers. I was in the middle of placing my order with a young lady and she walked away

I have frequented this establishment quite often without any issues, but today...today was the worst. As you can see from the photos I have posted, the chicken was pink and undercooked. The second photo shows that the chicken was old, probably, from the previous day. This very easy to determine,

We ordered $10 special. Five pieces of chicken, 2 sides and biscuits. Box included three baby wings. No biscuits. Chicken did not have any taste. Yuk. Very disappointed. Visited Popeye's on 2/20/2022 still NASTY. Chicken was overcooked. Popeye's on Chillum Road in Hyattsville, MD.

The spicy chicken wings were old and dried out. The customer service was unorganized and slow. They used to be better than this.
