Pretty good. They had ran out of cheese curds and onion rings but they didn't realize until after we paid and had ordered stuff with such. They had given us some free sundae coupons for next time we go in which is great! So I think overall they were awesome! Food was good and service was fantastic!
Took 7 min scrubbing the highchair with wipes because it was so dirty I wouldn't put my kid in it, the other high chairs were just as filthy one still had food in it. Staff seen us wiping it down and didnt even bother with a "hey that's not clean let us get that for you" took 5 wipes to get it clean
My car died out front and I went inside to ask for a jump start. Their employee Gabby brought her car around right away and helped me out! Much appreciated! Enjoyed the food that I then grabbed through the drive-thru.
Dairy Queen ice cream is good. It really is. The location and service here in Idaho Falls is abysmal. The drive through is INCREDIBLY slow and it’s operated by kids standing around and giving customers attitude.
