Clean and quite busy. The cashier was rapid fire with the orders and there was only three people running. One at the drive thru window, one doing orders and one taking/doing orders. My only my -1 star is that the nitro cold brew is down. That was quite literally the only reason I go into Starbucks. But the service was amazing
I stopped in at this local Starbucks because I was in Indiana for work. The staff was friendly and attentive. The entire store was clean and was led efficiently. The drinks that we ordered were made with precision. It was a stellar experience in every way. I highly recommend this Starbucks!
The drive thru is deceptively long due to the location, but it’s not their fault. It’s a coffee shop in a college town; it’s going to be busy. I’ve gotten gift cards as an apology for the wait time, and I appreciate them trying to appease customers for something out of their control. The baristas are always nice, and even if they’re out of certain ingredients (again, especially with supply chain issues, not their fault!) they offer different suggestions and substitutions. If you’re in a time crunch, online ordering and in-store pick up are always a safe bet.
Staff are all very attentive. Only time I've had to wait a longer period was when they had a stream of people through drive through. Other than that, I've always had a good experience.
The drinks were pretty good and the service was friendly. Great natural light.
This location is not a great choice for anyone looking to sit for conversation or an activity that requires any type of reasonable noise level. The chairs, high ceilings, trash bins, and lack of sound dampening in design will be sensory overload for those that are sensitive to noise. Those that thrive in a noisy environment will enjoy it however.
