This place is awesome! The staff is super friendly! The atmosphere is perfect for relaxing, working, chatting, grab and go. It might be the perfect blend of coffee shops. I’m so glad I came here to spend the morning working. If you are in the area and you want an amazing experience, stop by and grab a beverage and an Almond Croissant.
Finally a coffee spot in Indy worth visiting. I got the raven because who doesn’t love a pumpkin themed fall cold brew?
This should be your next study spot! Hear me out, amazing and relaxing shop with the smell of ground coffee. What more would you like? An amazing customer service experience? Yess they have it all. Barista changed my drink because I was not a fan of the matcha drink they had. Overall, aesthetic environment. It is also surrounded by great restaurants that you may go to for lunch and an amazing hideout park that has the view of the highway. Leave it up to you to hunt!
Yesterday my boyfriend and I visited this coffee shop for the first time. The atmosphere was fine, but what really stood out was the service and coffee. They were very welcoming here, and the iced caramel latte I ordered was delicious! Any coffee shop that knows how to make a good latte, is a good one on my book. There have been too many times when I've ordered a latte, and it was made with way too much milk. This one was perfect. There was plenty of sweetness, but not so much that I couldn't taste the coffee. Also I noticed that they sell lemon bars here. I haven't tried one yet, but I'm looking forward to it next time. 😋
Such a welcoming and eclectic spot! I ordered the spicy chai latte with oat milk and it was delicious. Next time, I will ask for less cinnamon on top.
There was only one table left when I arrived, but several of the armchairs were open. A good spot to get some work done in the afternoon!
I am in love with this place! I went there to meet with some friends. We all agreed that it is the absolute best place!! The drinks were really good. I had a mocha iced coffee that was out of this world! I would recommend anyone going over to the Fountain Square area to stop in for a great drink and some serenity!
A great place to grab some coffee and get your work done. Also good for small groups or for a small meetup. Has a good collection of books and paintings. The coffee is good, but can be improved upon. This place is usually crowded in the evenings. Check out their monthly specials, they are usually good. And if you are hungry, they have some good sandwich options.
There's a groovy atmosphere, relaxed and inviting. Eclectic art covers the walls, with both comfortable lounging chairs and plenty of small tables. Power outlets are plenty, for those busy folk. And if you just need a recharge, I've had a latte and hot chai here, both phenomenal. The pride flags and BLM signs out front signify a promise that is kept by their friendly baristas: everyone is welcome here.
The drinks we tried weren’t great, but they were seasonal. People we trust say this is a really good coffee shop. We’ll have to try it again.
Amazing experience! Trendy decor, comfortable environment, and welcoming staff. The chai latte was the best I ever had! Also had the parfait which was delicious. Worth the trip off the highway for something other than Starbucks. A must see for anyone traveling and I'm sure a great regular spot for locals as well.
Quite possibly the best cinnamon roll ever. Soft, flaky pastry, very well buttered, with just the right amount of cinnamon and sugar. Passable egg & sausage croissant and excellent pour-over coffee. Friendly and competent staff. Nice, quiet ambiance. 1950s building with understated, unpretentious decor. Busy, as a good place should be, but not crowded, and somehow still relatively calm. Exactly what I like in a coffeehouse. A solid 4-1/2 star experience. Probably a 5 if the breakfast sandwich had been as good as the cinnamon roll.
I went there on a Friday afternoon to have coffee and do some work. Place was full. Coffee is very good and strong. There was No much pastries left but i was there around 1pm. I loved the atmosphere and people there where so friendly. Recommend
One more gem near Indianapolis downtown! Perfect place to work, has a casual vibe and such delicious coffee! The seasonal stocking stuffer Latte - chocolate and orange had fresh orange zest and thick, rich chocolate combining to be a divine citrusy choco delight. Was a flavor bomb with each sip. The masala latte wasn’t too strong on the palate although it had all the spices such as cardamom, cinnamon, clove, ginger and nutmeg. The coffee house was out of any pastries at 12pm today which was a bummer since we were famished but the coffee was so good I was a happy caffeine gal! I haven’t tried the drip coffee although there were many customers who came in just for the coffee beans - I will try that the next time. This is one of the unique coffee gems in Indiana! My vote!
Outstanding coffee shop, fresh roasting in the back, great flavor delicately displayed. True DIY, Punk Rock, neighborhood feel made with obvious love and attention to detail.
Cute and quaint...they will learn your name if you come more than once.
This is definitely a fun coffee shop. A but small and the sizes aren't the best but the coffee is good and so is the food. Service was great!
Never disappointed in the coffee, staff is always friendly. This is one of my favorite of the many indianapolis coffee shops, and I try to stop by every time I’m in town.
Incredible coffee and responsibly sourced! Best coffee shop in Indianapolis. Fletcher blend is a 10/10.
Pretty sure any bad ratings of CFCC are from bigots who simply don't appreciate their promotion social justice and queer friendly atmosphere. 🤷
I've lived in Indy for the past 6 years and still think the coffee here is the best I've had. I've always tried to like tinker but I feel like the single origins at Calvin Fletchers are so balanced. Highly recommend a coffee here and a pastry from Amelia's next door.
