All of the staff at Graeter’s icecream were really nice and helpful! I loved my brownie sundae, it was exactly what I was wanting! My fiancé loved his one scoop come. We didn’t realize there were so many options of cones so we got stuck on that at first but we’re able to have a smooth experience. The staff is efficient and kind! The whole place was super busy on a Sunday evening!
They had me when I seen that they offered Strawberry Shortcake!!! Highly recommend this place to all!! Really friendly easy going staff and helpful!!! I ordered a a chocolate and coffee milkshake one time then everything other time it’s been the strawberry shortcake with vanilla ice cream a warm shortcake bun and whipped cream with extra strawberry sauce… With the complementary cherry on top!!!….
Best ice cream I’ve ever had. I had the black cherry, amazing flavor. Nice environment and kind staff. Would highly recommend!

I had a sunrise sensation smoothie and it was the best. The only downside was they too k forever because the employees were talking about non work related things for about 4 minutes before they started making my smoothie.

I love the big chunks of chocolate. Someone didn't like so much the big chunks sticking to her teeth, but she likes toffee, caramel, and fudge. Anyway, I love the big chunks and also like the sorbet. They don't publish the I've cream flavor schedule online so here is the calendar. The scoops for about 7 dollars is good right? 😀
I've cream was excellent. Service was a bit slow and the line formed very quickly. Parking for the location was horrible on a busy day! Plan to park at a near by lot designed for the surrounding businesses. Street parking is available and free however it fills up quickly. Seating is limited. Could use more shaving outside as ice cream melts very quickly indirect Sun.
Good ice cream, not great service, the guy helping us just slopped some ice cream and toppings in a bowl, and all over the side of the bowl, it was not well prepared. The one in Cincinnati by Kenwood mall is much better.

Best ice cream and shakes in north Indianapolis. No contest. Love the sugar cones dipped in chocolate and sprinkles! Although one time, when my companion ordered a banana malt, the kid behind the counter looked as though they had never heard of such a thing: "A banana MALT?" We still chuckle about it. And we still go back regularly and enjoy every minute.
