We went without a reservation and got lucky to get a seat at the bar. The bar staff was knowledgeable about the menu as well as the wine list. The food was excellent, served quickly, and plated beautifully. I’d recommend this restaurant without hesitation!

Arrived at 8p on Saturday without reservations. It was packed but we managed to get a table out on the patio within 10 min. I had the beet salad, scallops and peanut butter bombe for dessert. Everything was delicious. The patio was a great place for dinner or just for a group having drinks. There is alot of bar seats as well if you just want drinks or want to watch sports on TV.

Magnificent! Had the seafood cocktail and the crab toast (wow was that good). The Aviator was not only a beautiful drink but delicious. Scallops were divine! Loved he ambiance and even the smell of the place was amazing. Can’t wait to go back.

Oh mmm gee this place is amazing!!! The chef is a genius, everything was spectacular—�the setting, service, and food!!! We had the bread basket, the “grow” salad, the seafood tower, scallops and tortellini, and the triple chocolate tart with potato chip crust!!! Mmmm. I’m ready to go back again tonight!

THIS is on my fave list forever! Went last evening for dinner and it was fabulous! 4 in our party and not 1 single complaint. I’m ordered (not an entree gal) Baby oysters, King Crab Toast, Steakhouse Tartare and Lobster Risotto. Sitting here wishing I could replicate them at this very moment! Delicious! The table also had the Tuna Tartare for shares and it too was phenomenal. Tortellini was ordered and wedge salads which everyone said were the bomb! We ordered 2 desserts for the table... Lemon Coconut Cream Cake and Triple Chocolate Tart...and yeah not a bite was left. We initially had doubts about this place as their prices seemed very high but let me tell you it was worth every single penny. I also had the Elderflower Negroni which was fabulous! We will go back! If the food had not looked so delish i would have pics...couldn’t wait to dig in. All thoughts of foodie pics went right out of our heads! PS...our server...she was fantastic. She didn’t hover or pester you yet your every need was taken care of.

Cunningham has done it again. I thought Union 50 couldn’t be topped...thought Vida couldn’t be topped...but Provision, oh Provision, tops them all. Wonderful waitstaff, beautiful decor, and some of the best food I’ve ever tasted. 100% recommend.

Our special dinner out for our 49th wedding anniversary. We decided to try the newest of the Cunningham Group restaurants. It did not disappoint! Our server, Drew, was a joy, brought us champagne when she heard it was our anniversary. From the Amuse bouchée to dessert everything was fabulous. Mixture of flavors divine!

I met some friends out for my girlfriends birthday. We had a reservation and everything was well organized for us when we arrived. All of our food came out in a timely manner and our server Ainsley was very knowledgeable and informative of the menu. The drinks were great and the food was phenomenal. I will definitely have more than a few more visits to this establishment. Thank you for the great service!!

Celebrated a friend’s birthday and everything was excellent. We were in the Keystone private dining room and the ambiance and environment were comfortable and inviting with fireplaces emulated on the big screen TVs and nice music playing in the background. Each course served was exceptional and the cocktails were also above par. I highly recommend the restaurant and hotel to anyone. You won’t be disappointed!

This place is fantastic! The weight staff is lovely and my boyfriend and I had a great time. My boyfriend is very particular about his steak so when he didn’t have one complaint I knew the place was good. We will definitely be back!

Really high quality food, service, and attention to detail. Loved the steak tartare along with all of the other dishes. Amazing architecture and design. I will make this a regular stop when in town.

Beautiful restaurant! We went for a friend’s birthday dinner and the food did not disappoint! Service was very good, but not stellar (as in..not a lot of personality displayed by the wait staff and they didn’t seem genuinely happy) We ordered a variety of food and some of the highlights were the crab cake, the pork chop, rack of lamb, snapper, Brussels sprouts, fresh oysters & tuna tartare. Some of the cocktails my friends ordered were superb! I’d definitely go back and try more!

Came here with my wife for my birthday. Right off the bat was greeted by the staff. Everyone was very cheerful and respectful. The atmosphere and decor was wonderful. The food was very good, however I wouldn't order the steak again, knowing that it's topped with veggies and a sauce that made it taste very sweet. Granted it was cooked to a perfect medium rare, but the toppings caused the steak to lose its texture and beefy flavor. The snapper was delicious, as were the brussel sprouts and potatoes.

Had two excellent meals during my recent visit to Indianapolis. I have a yearly medical appointment and always eat here and stay at the Ironworks Hotel. Had a steak the first night and a pork chop the second night. Both meals were well prepared and extremely tasty. The restaurant never disappoints.

This review is long overdue. I've been here a few times, and never had a bad meal or service. If you're looking for great local food, and service to match. I highly recommend Provision.

Seriously such a fantastic restaurant for my wife’s birthday dinner. We came during devour Indy (recommend checking them out some time for this promotion) but we did the Chefs Tasting Menu. What an incredible 6 course experience. The portions are small, but very flavorful. It was worth the money in our opinion. The bisque was amazing and rich. Hamachi plates were beautiful works of art- fried capers and rice emulsion were just some tasty and unique flavors! Lobster risotto had more filling power, well made made and tastes great. Quail was good. Now, the Japanese Wagyu - comes with assortments of different salts to taste. Incredible. So tender, just amazing taste. And then we finished with the best beignets I’ve ever had. Such an amazing finish to an incredible meal. Update: did the tasting menu again, and it was different and just as incredible as the last time we did it. Cannot get enough of this experience that Provision offers

I can only speak for grabbing a cocktail and appetizers at the bar, but we had a great experience. From the friendly hostess to the helpful and engaging bartender, we found the staff to be excellent. Great recommendations from our bartender. The appetizers we ordered were delicious. Great spot to meet up for conversation before dinner. The dining room looked great as did the dinner options on the menu. Looks like a good choice for a special night out.

We sat on the deck on a beautiful day. Lovely! We walked in last minute and realized we were probably underdressed but it seemed like no big deal. I had the pork chop with blackberry reduction which was wonderful, but the real star of the show was the burger (!), with pimento cheese, "tater totters," and a homemade English muffin as bun. Folks, even if you don't go to a fine dining establishment looking for a burger, this one is amazing and worth a smirk from your fellow guests. I was jealous and had more than a few swipes of that pimento cheese.

I thought Provision was excellent, yet a bit over the top price wise. I don’t mind spending more and our food was excellent, but it felt about 20% more expensive than it tasted; if that makes sense. The coolness of the atmosphere and the great service reduced the expense blow. I still highly recommend.

Enjoyed the tasting menu. Delicious, flavorful and fun. Elk surprisingly moist and tender. Everything cooked to perfection. Wife had the wine pairing and loved it. A must return destination.

Professional service and wonderful atmosphere. Greatest location ever if your staying in the Ironworks Hotel since we had cold rainy weather. Portions sizes are standard, presentation A+, temp of the food and timing of courses was spot on by our server. Very please with everything. Wine listing is large and plentiful. Get reservations or expect to wait a while. Will be back again

Stayed at Ironworks on our way from Cincinnati to Lake Michigan for vacation. Had dinner at Provision with my 15 yo son who wants to be a chef. We both did the Chef's Tasting Menu (mine with wine). We both really enjoyed the experience, and it was all delicious! The service and atmosphere were excellent.

My husband and I visited for our anniversary and it was a wonderful experience! I love the atmosphere and decor and the service was great! As far as the food goes, I was very pleased with everything. Since this was our first visit, we decided to share everything. I really liked their Old Fashioned, very smooth, sweet, and warm and spicy because of the cinnamon stick. The charred shrimp with avocado and curry was delicious, the shrimp are huge and have that perfect char flavor. We also tried the oyster chowder which was vey good, too, creamy and thick, and filling! For the entree, we ordered the pork chop, and at 14 oz it was plenty for us to share. It was the only part of our meal that we felt fell a little flat. It was juicy, tender, and perfectly cooked, but compared to everything else we sampled, it just didn't have that "wow" factor. However, the side we ordered to go with it was our favorite! The potato-bacon terrine was so delicious, I would probably be tempted to just order that in place of a traditional entree the next time we go! The potatoes were perfectly cooked and it had that wonderful smoky flavor from the bacon. The red pepper sauce on top had just the perfect little hint of spice.  The server said it's their most popular, and I can understand why! For dessert, we had the Indiana Sugar Pie with Turkish coffee ice cream. It was VERY sweet, so if you're not a big "sweets" person, I'd recommend something else. I personally liked it, I think paired with the coffee ice cream it was excellent.
