Great little gem. Of the non chain pizza restaurants in Indy this is one of my favorites. Very flavorful and high quality. The name sounds ridiculous though but don't let that detour you.
We came in about 30 min before closing, and the employees still had good attitudes and were very pleasant despite us probably hindering their getting out earlier. Everyone from the waitress to the cooks acted like they enjoyed being at work. The food was delicious. We ordered garlic bread with cheese, fettuccini Alfredo with chicken, and pizza. The service was great and quick.

Their B.L.T pizza is my favorite! Always been my go to pie! Love their salad and bread! Food is always great.
I love this place. Good food for a great price. Service is awesome too. Their lunch special of salad and a slice is a great value. Humble pie is my favorite pizza to get here. Their pastas are also delicious. Great for a family dinner or lunch with friends. I highly recommend
Had a Pepperoni & Sausage pizza with breadsticks. Everything was good. Service was slow due to only one server. Pic of pizza included
First, their delivery area is unfair. we live just west of Towne on 96th street and we don't qualify for delivery, yet people all the way down in Meridian Hills can get delivery. It is sad that they've drawn the delivery boundaries so poorly that they don't serve the people so close to their restaurant.
And, being a friday night, I had to call multiple times just to get my order placed for carry out, because it was busy.
when we arrived to the place to pick up our order, they were packed. servers were running all over and a large party was in the entry waiting.... they had been waiting for over a half hour and still didn't have a table. There was no hostess that we saw and even the people waiting in the back to get carry out had been waiting a while. We're glad we got carry out.
We had never been to this place before so we ordered a variety of items to get a good sense of the place.
The pasta and chicken dinners come with a toss salad. It was big enough that we shared one. It was lettuce, green pepper, tomato, onion, mozzarella and olives. We got the ranch dressing which tasted like watered down ranch with a mild slightly dill flavor. I liked it but wish it had more thickness to it.
Then, we shared a chicken bada bing calzone... which was a calzone with chicken breast, ricotta, goat cheese and sundried tomatoes. It was served with a side of tomato sauce. The dough on the calzone was nice and chewy and not too crispy, which is how i like pizza crust... soft and chewy and it had a good flavor. The chicken ricotta cheese filling was very good. The only complaint was the temperature... it had been sitting there a while at the to-go counter.
The dinner we got that came with a salad was the chicken alfredo. it also had been sitting a while because the top was all dried out. It however was very flavorful. we would definitely order this again. The garlic bread that came with it had definitely been sitting there a long while and was cold and dry.
the last item we got was a single small pizza a Sweet Lil' Razorback which was pepperoni, smoked sausage and bacon with basil and garlic. it was very good but cold.
We can only hope that the coldness of the food was because we got carry out... if we were eating in and it was that cold we'd send the food back.
the prices weren't too bad... for what we ordered it was $30 and we have leftovers for another meal.
on observation of the place, it seems that they need more staff and better customer service on their busy nights.
Great pizza. Fantastic pizza! We will be back whenever were back in town.
Best restaurant food I've had in a while. They make their own dressings, sauces, and bread. I got the paparazzi with alfredo for the sauce. Best pizza ever. Pepperoni bread is the best app. Calzones are delicious. Everything had generous filling and toppings. I can't wait to go there again.
This $20 diner deal is the best!
Great lunch special. The pizza by the slice for lunch is a great value. I had a slice with a greek salad on the side which made for a tasty and filling lunch.
Funky and Cheap. Boyfriend and I ate here recently in search of calzones. We found the service to be great and the prices decent, but thought that the food was only just OK.
We felt the bruschetta and calzone fillings could have been fresher.
I'm looking forward to returning to try the pizzas.
Great price for the quality of food. Dinner salads are weak, so get an appetizer like the pepperoni bread.
First time at location on a Sunday early evening for dinner. Our Waitress was very friendly and knowledgable and as more customers came in to dine in, she was the main waitress but did a great job! The pizza and salad were great. We would return to try different menus items.
Great staff. Attentive, polite, and extremely fast. I had the campfire pizza and I can honestly say it was the best pizza I've had in a LONG time. Love this place. House was packed yet they got my order to me fast. Would recommend

We tried Puccini's for the first time yesterday. The service was excellent. The restaurant was clean. While the salads and garlic bread were delicious, we were both disappointed with the entrees. The lasagna was mostly sauce with large pieces of tomato and meat. The heavy sauce overwhelmed the flavors of the other ingredients. It was hard to notice or taste the pasta and cheese. I didn't say anything then because I saw this as more of a difference in recipes and personal taste. My mom had the Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo. She noted that rather than the sauce being creamy, it seemed more oily in consistency. This, again, could just be their recipe, but she said that she prefers a creamy Alfredo sauce. We are willing to give Puccini's another try but order the pizza since there are more positive reviews for it.
Puccini’ is AMAZING! I have been eating at Puccini’s since the mid 2000’s, when my mom’s business partner, introduced us to their pizza! They truly have something for everyone! I am partial to their pizza, of course, but their penne with vodka sauce is the BEST!!! I also LOVE their garlic cheese bread so much!
Met an old friend from Elementary school for lunch. We both live in the area so it was a perfect backdrop for our mini-reunion. Restaurant was very clean, quaint setup, great smells (pizzaria). Service was awesome...quick, attentive, and timely. Definitely will recommend and definitely will be back.
Staff were all pleasant enough but had some difficulty ordering pick up. Person on the phone didn't seem to understand what I was asking for despite reading straight from the menu so I had to repeat myself several times.
Serving sizes are a little small for the price but the food was better than expected.
Will try again via dine in to give another chance.
Overall: Puccini's is a great place for a homey, easy-going Italian meal. Great food, good prices, and a fun experience overall.
The good: The food is fantastic, I've never had a bad meal. Bread is great, pasta and pizzas and calzones are tasty, salads are hearty and delicious...seriously everything is good. Service is usually fast and friendly and attentive. Clean, comfy atmosphere.
The bad: Sometimes the wait can take forever!

Great pizza, great pepperoni bread, great breadsticks, great nacho cheese and marinara. Abundant salads, the Italian and ranch dressing are quite flavorful. The children love this place. Oh and the chocolate torte was rich, decadent and delicious.
First time ordering from them. I was a bit disappointed when the sever told me that my food will be delivered in 1 hour and half. Luckily,I received a call 30 minutes after because the driver couldn't find my apt. They were nice through out the process and it was easy for me to place my order. I ordered their spicy diavolo and meatballs heaven calzone. The food was ok, not excessively great or bad.
Great place with best crust on a calzone
First time trying Puccini's. It was really good. They have some interesting toppings & combos of toppings. We got the King of Hearts: artichoke hearts, smoked bacon, mushrooms, capers, & black olives (which we switched out for basil. We also had Scamorza & a salad. The crust was a little on the sweet side, which did not bother me. Their dressings are house made (ranch was delicious). 7 out of 10 would go back.
Me and my friend ordered a food. Realy nice personals tasty food, nice place. Good restaurant to take Italian tasty food and spend your time with friends or with girlfriend.
Good price Good quality.
Always a place to smile about! Puccini's stays consistently good every single time, whether it's for carry out or dining in.
