There is not enough time in the world for me to spend here. If I died and went to the afterlife, I would want the Katsu Curry to be my eternal meal. The shopping is so nice, and at some points the prepackaged meals are cheaper than eating just about anything I could make at home, without the guilt of fast food. P.S. UCC coffee is bomb.
Nice little grocery with japanese items and a little restaurant on site. They have the cheapest priced ramen in the are but I think they are cheaper for a reason. If looking for a nice ramen, I suggest looking somewhere else.
This place is amazing. I'm always on the lookout for Japanese markets because it's my favorite food so I make a lot at home and not only does this place have everything you could ever need or want but it even has ready-made meals and a dine-in area! Some of the meals I remember were onigiri, tonkatsu bowls, eel &rice bowl, assorted sushi and karaage w/ salad, plus a ton more I didn't want to hold up the line to look at. It also seemed like you could order something specific and they would make it for you. I grabbed the eel bowl and it was delicious and so were all the snacks I bought. This was also the only place I've ever found frozen takoyaki which I've been looking for forever. They also have incredibly cute bowls and kitchen supplies and things for holidays like Setsubun and the Chinese new year. Their drink selection is also amazing and I'm a big fan of the coffee milk and milk tea in particular. Love this place, can't wait to go back!
Small but a good selection of Asian foods, also made to order sushi. Prices are in line with or better than even Amazon, so there's no reason to shop online. Support your local small businesses!
This is a great place for lunch that has a small but mighty menu to order off of. This includes sushi rolls, sashimi bowls, ramen, udon, and some curry dishes. They also have pre-made sushi rolls or bowls that can be quickly grabbed to-go on the run. The grocery store component of this location can also be described as small but mighty! They have a great selection of class Korean, Chinese, and Japanese snacks, foods, and ingredients.
A delight every time I visit. This store is clean and well-stocked. The staff are always friendly. The fresh meals from the kitchen are worth going out of your way for.
This shop is the closest I've felt to shopping in Japan. Wide selection of snacks and their grab-n-go food us great. Highly recommend!
Whenever I visit family in Indiana, this is a must-eat for me. Not many places serve Udon where I'm from. It's a raging ramen world we live in (I don't like ramen). I always get the Niku Udon with beef. The broth is beefy and light. And I can't ever pass up sushi. At times, the service can be slow, but for how busy they can get it's actually not too bad (since it's my stomach's impatience noting that 😆). I just browse all the cute Japanese stuff to distract myself until I get my order.
Might be the only place in Indy to go buy an array of sashimi grade fish if you want to do a sushi night. Lots of Japanese goods. Very unique cool spot. I’d love to try their premade rolls sometime too.
One of the best places to get sushi in the area. I wonder if the chef changed recently though, because we have seen a slight change in quality (especially the rice used for the rolls and the tamago flavor/texture). Still wouldn't hesitate to spend our money here though!
Got the Tonkotsu ramen. It was delicious. This place is cool because it’s half market half store. You can order first and then go shop for cool Japanese and pan-Asian snacks and foods. Their sushi is usually made the day of, so if you come during the evening, they might give discounts to sell everything before they close!
Fantastic authentic Japanese food at affordable places. This place is really a hidden gem. The sushi rice is absolutely delicious and high quality. I just go and buy the plain rice, already made, and it's like $2 per container!
If you ever want to have a night where you make your own sushi, this is the place to get to stock up!
Cannot recommend more highly.
This place is an absolute gem in the area. Good food to order and good specialty items to take home. Stop by and take a look!
I stop here every week for the mushrooms that they have in stock. Grab some miss and dried seaweed while you're at it to make you own miso soup...so much better.
Awesome place! So many sushi and snacks to choose from! Had been wanting to try some Onigiri and let me tell you…it was DELICIOUS!! If you are ever in the area, you need to stop and enjoy that little place! The personnel was so kind and helpful.

I love this place. Their Japanese food is good and I love that they make fresh riceballs you can buy.
I would come for the food alone but the market is also cool with drinks I have enjoyed while in Japan.
The creampuff was also great like the ones from the 7 elevens in Tokyo.
Amazing store for woodworking and cabinetry. Many varieties of wood planks, small pieces, and pen blanks.
Awesome place to grab lunch. They make fresh sushi rolls, rice bowls and other Japanese staples. Reasonably priced too. Food is tasty and fresh tasting. Staff are very friendly and helpful if you have any questions.
Store has everything one would need to make Japanese and other Asian cuisines. Store is clean and managed very well
I have been to around 20 sushi restaurants in Indy but only now made it to One World after hearing uplifting reviews from my friends. This place definitely has one of the best sushi in town and the staff is great, plus, you can shop Japanese groceries and other authentic items here. Would totally come back again.
My favorite spot in Indy for sushi. Everything is always so fresh given it’s a kitchen & restaurant within the market. The jumbo spicy tuna roll and the salmon rice salad are both fantastic.
