Sugarfire - Indianapolis - Photo album

I walked over for lunch today after being mesmerized by the chicken biscuit on the online menu. It certainly came to me looking exactly as pictured on the menu - which is a huge plus. I loved the fried chicken, light and airy but really crunchy. Seasoning was good, but I felt the sauce was a little
Overall very good BBQ. The pork was 5-star. The ribs were 4 star. The brisket was 3 or 4 star. Brisket is hit it miss, it is good but needs better crust and moister control. The brisket was a bit dry and lacking the classic smoke, fat and bark. They do know how to cook brisket b/c some days it is be
Finally made a trip here to give this place a try. The food was fantastic. I had a Brisket Cheesesteak sandwich that was absolutely delicious. It was very messy (which I expected), I ended up eating with a fork because the bread was not much help. Hey also have a great selection of BBQ sauces on the
Pretty tasty barbecue. Not the best I've ever had, but definitely worth multiple visits. I also had the fried artichoke, those were a very tasty alternative to fries. There wasn't much room for sitting but that is probably a testament to the popularity of the the place.
Super yummy BBQ! It's a quick stop downtown Indy. The menu has a wide selection without being overwhelming. You order and pay first, then find your table. The sauce bottles on the table are unique and if you like them, you can buy a bottle for $5. I got a pulled pork sandwich (granted my picture onl
People were friendly food was Good. Had the ribs. They were a little bit to spicey for my taste. Added some of their sweet sauce and it helped some. Husband had Brisket and it was delicious! Beans, fries and coleslaw was also good.
Friendly, cool environment. Nice selection of different sauces. No hot drinks, I didn't care but coworker wanted a coffee - just saying. Fresh sweetened and unsweetened tea. Big Muddy was Really good! Fries were very good.
Loved it!! Food was great! Staff was friendly and you definitely won't leave hungry!! I can't wait to get back to Indianapolis again so I can try some of the other stuff!
The brisket had a good smoke ring and flavor. I had the white BBQ sauce. The sauce was a bit vinegar forward and you could only taste a hint of the horseradish, but it still had a good flavor profile that paired well with the brisket. The place does not have coke or Pepsi, instead there are sodas fr
Brisket and pulled pork was very good. Had the beans and Cole slaw for sides. The beans were great. The cole slaw was like eating raw cabbage no taste or dressing too weak. They give you a lot of food.
