The service can be hit or miss. The hot chocolate makes it worth it though. I'm a chocolate lover, and this is my all time favorite. I drive downtown multiple times each winter to indulge.

Both times I’ve been to this location, Erika has provided amazing service! She has such an inviting presence, is so patient, and answers any questions about the products with great energy. My friends and I always leave with a smile.
Ice cream is always welcomed in my life. So many flavors, it was hard to choose. I was allowed to get two different flavors in one small. Totally worth the price ($4). Great views located in monument circle and there's a giant bear in the store 🐻.

What a quaint little chocolate and coffee house right on Monument Circle! We took a short walk from our hotel trying to find something different than Starbucks and fell upon this place just by happenstance.
