I usually go to the Avon location just because it's closer to where I live, but I am glad I tried out this location for my son's 3rd birthday dinner π½
Everything was great. Our server was excellent and a great sport, considering my parents had him running back and forth. All in all, it was a great dinner. ππΎ
We decided to head here last minute. Steady flow. Great food and drink. Our waitress Cynthia was fantastic! Attentive and personable! Steak was perfect! The Mango Margarita is the best!!!
I've never had an issue with Long Horn. I usually get taken out and it's alwaya exactly as ordered.
At this location Ava was amazing. Great service rendered. The website was having issues and she helped facilitate a quick solution.
My son and I went and had drinks and an early dinner at Longhorn. Got the margarita, very nice, we also had the "tonion' and"firecracker chicken wrap". Sorry I didn't take photos of the appetizers. Not impressed with the tonion, however the firecracker chicken was good, needs more sauce. We split the outlaw ribeye steak which was very good π. Definitely recommend the firecracker chicken wrap and the margarita and the ribeye steak.
This is an excellent Longhorn location. The staff here were awesome especially the host and our waiter Daniel. The food was great as well. The restaurant was very clean. There is plenty of parking. The property is easy to navigate to from Interstate 465 and West 86th Street in Indianapolis. The Sierra Chicken was perfect, thae salad was crisp and fresh.
Met a colleague for lunch . I opted for the breaded chicken sandwich with fries . I've been on an on and off again chicken sandwich tear. I will have to say that this one, despite a bit higher $ than the decent fast food chicken sandwiches was one of the best I've ever had. The chicken was a breaded breast piece perfectly proportionate between breading and meat. It was full loaded with Mayo, tomato, lettuce , onion and pickle. The buns were warmed and soft. The fries were perfect. My colleague opted for the grilled shrimp in Cajun glaze over rice and broccoli. He advised they perfectly cooked as well as the veggie . Amanda kept us well refilled on our drinks and was a pleasure to have as a wait staff. All in all a great lunch catching with my colleague!
My mom and I came here for lunch and had one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had at a sit down restaurant. Sarai C was our waitress and she is the definition of excellent service. She needs a raise because she is amazing! I love when I get a great waitress and she's one of the best I've ever seen. She fixed my mom's food when it was messed up before even having to ask and she brought me a to go drink without even having to ask. The food was amazing as well so kudos to the kitchen staff. Thank you long horn for your consistency in excellence, it does not go unnoticed.
I got the strawberry pecan chicken with raspberry vinaigrette and a side, sweet potato. It was delicious.
The waitress was simply wonderful. She made the whole birthday experience great. The food was very good as well. The steak I had was cooked to perfection. There was no need for steak sauce. They had a butter sauce on the steak that was delicious.
Delicious food! Good staff. Prices were okay. Normal chain like food for steak. No real complaints. Minor wait due to limited staff.

Food was absolutely amazing. I got the 6 oz sirloin with shrimp and it was cooked absolutely perfect. Service was eh for our server anyway he didnt seem very happy to be there at all. But the hostess was absolutely amazing and helpful to my dad. Who just lost his wallet and could only tap to pay. All in all it was a decent experience but i would request a different server next time.

I didn't know what to expect from this chain but it far exceeded my idea of chain food in general.
Our server was amazing. He suggested an appetizer but wasn't pushy. He checked back with us in many occasions before our meal to let us know when it was getting closer to being ready, throughout the meal to ensure we were satisfied. He brought drink refills. He answered all of our questions. Great job, Daniel!
The food. Wow. We tried the stuffed mushroom appetizers. They were really yummy and cheesy. We had Cesar salads with our meals and those came next. The dressing tasted different than any Cesar dressing either of us had tasted before. We asked and Daniel got the answer on that for us. They actually make their own dressing and use anchovies. Then came the amazing main dishes. I tried a 6 oz filet with a lobster tail. I mean why go to a steakhouse if you're not going to try steak? I am one of those people who cannot see pink in my steak. Even though it was well done, it was still very tender and tasted so good. As did the lobster and asparagus side. I couldn't finish it all because that was a ton of food.
So I am blown away that this chain could impress me so much. We don't go to chains much. Partially because they are too crowded and partially because they are usually a big let down. But not today.

Food is always amazing. Steaks cooked to perfection. Great service. My husband and I went on Valentine's Day evening. We knew it would be busy and we would have to wait a little while. We walked in just before it started to get even busier. We waited about 35-40 minutes. Not too bad considering how busy they were. I really thought it was cool that the host held a little boy for the majority of the time that the parents waited to be seated. You don't see that very often.
We had a good-sized table when we were finally seated, unlike some restaurants that have tiny tables for parties of two.
My husband and I both got cups of loaded baked potato soup, Flo's 8 oz Filet medium-term. Yum. Our waitress Jody was great. We never ran out of drinks, and we was very busy, so that impressed us that she kept up.
The only reason I gave 4/5 was because I feel they need a larger waiting area. They only have a few small benches, otherwise when they get very busy like tonight, guests are overflowing into the bar area and crowded at the entry. Overall, it was a great experience, though. Great job! We will definitely return! :)
