I ordered the chicken pot pie for lunch. I never ordered it before. It was so delicious. Had that great homemade taste too. Since it was my birthday lunch the server gave me a complimentary piece of coca cola cake. It was the best cake ever!. We also had a wonderful server! Cracker Barrel was always one of my favs but this time.... outstanding!
I think people are prompt to report bad service but not good service! We enjoyed our visit very much. We had our very hungry 2 year old granddaughter with us and our food came out fast and hot! We had a great experience, and friendly server!
Great good & great service. Our server, Asia, do a great job & she was a new hire. Friendly, personable & efficient. I told the manager & he was excited to hear she did well.
Although we stopped there at a peaked time. We were seated within 10 minutes. The waitress was friendly and food and service was great!
Awesome food. Friendly staff. My only cmplaint is they didn't have potatoe salad.
12/15/23- stopped by after arriving from Michigan on my way home. Jade was our server. She was quick to tend us even though it was busy.
We placed our order and didn't wait long as the food was out fast. The pancakes were fluffy and hot. I like to add lots of butter. Jade made sure I had it along with extra syrup. The eggs were good and bacon was just the way I like. Not over cooked.
They had two cashiers on the way out and long line. That's when the Betty the manager hopped on a register. I hope it was Betty.
It was nice how they all worked as a team. This may be my morning stop.
Amazing lunch at Cracker Barrel today. I had the sampler with meatloaf and Sunday chicken breast and it was fabulous! Great service and great food will have us back soon.
I don’t eat at Cracker Barrel because I’m vegan so can’t speak on that, but I wanted to mention somewhere how amazing the employees at the store front always are. My mom and I were on the hunt for a couple specific items for Halloween this year, and we had three employees, particularly a woman named Melinda I believe, work so diligently to help us and put the items in our hands. My mom put down her name for them to contact us if an item was in stock, and we’d call them on Fridays to find out if they had the items in stock, and they were (and are currently) always so kind and helpful with their information, never exasperated or impatient. Because of their help, my mom and I were able to acquire some very hard to find items, and it wouldn’t have been even remotely possible without them working together to help. I just wanted to put somewhere how appreciated they are.
We've been there many times, and it was unusually busy. The staff could not have been more accommodating. They seemed truly happy to be working there, and as customers, we felt valued. The food was great, too. An overall wonderful experience!
Recently ordered a large takeout order for our marching band. The manager, Christina, went above and beyond to ensure our order details were taken correctly. She took much time and care to hear every order and to ensure she had every item she needed to complete the order to our specifications. Upon picking it up and paying for the large order, it was a smooth process. We distributed the food to our band members and everything was complete with no errors. The food was hot and delicious and we were extremely happy that we used Cracker Barrel. It was a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this location.
My experience here was very good.
Starting with the service,... it was excellent. Our server brought out initial beverages promptly and she came to check on us often, refilled the good coffee promptly (gave me a fresh one to go on my way out), service with a smile.
Everything was served hot and delicious.
I could have stayed in the country store side for an hour or longer. They have cards, vintage toys, some vintage clothing for women and girls, snow gloves...a little bit of so many things.
Breakfast for late lunch was still good seemed like some reheated items. Overall a filling and pleasant meal peg game missing half the pegs. Had to ask for biscuits also seem reheated but were hot.
Sugar cured ham was amazing though.
Our server was G he was really great. I love that he knows the menu well and he also can recommend great tasty items. That makes a huge difference when u are out and what to try something new. I had pecan.pancakes and Turkey Sausage with scrambled eggs. It was delicious. My guy had the same just with hot cinnamon apples on his pancakes. G had a very busy section but he did great job serving all his customers in a timely fashion. We will definitely return. Thank you for your great service G. Keep up the great work and the positive energy.
I have been going to this location since they opened their doors. Let me start by saying without a doubt I miss the bbq ribs and paper wrapped backed potato 🥔. Bring it back please!! I love going on Friday, the cod fish and chips with a side of slaw is absolutely delicious. I cannot believe how delicious it is. The ice tea is perfectly brewed. All of the food is always delicious. I love the fact you can go to any location and the food is always consistent. What's not to love about Cracker Barrel!?! Handicap ♿️ access is perfect. Great place for family dinners. The gift shop is fun to browse if there happens to be a wait, or sit outside and play a game of checkers.
Never disappointed here. Nothing fancy, but well prepared and modestly priced. Had the shrimp, nice portion and the 2 veggies and got the cornbread. Clearly better than fast food, yet not much more expensive.
I had the country fried chicken with Sawmill gravy, hash browns, and green beans. Portions were generous, food is good. My server was very attentive
Maribel was our server and she is simply the best! You can tell easily, that she truly enjoys her job. She is a keeper and why I'll be back!
Dine in for breakfast had a 30 minute wait that went by quickly browsed around the store that was stocked with unique items to purchase also enjoyed sitting outside in the rocking chairs. The waitress was friendly and attentive took a little while for the food to come out but due to the understaffing it was fine. The food was good and tasty.
The food was really good and served hot. Our server was very efficient and reminded us that she was checking on her food. Did you brought everything we needed to the table when she brought our food or even before then. The only thing is when it's very busy in there, the noise level is a bit much for me.
