This is one of the better brew pubs around. They've got a solid list of beers, as well as a decent variety of food. I got the chicken tacos which were a great portion size and came with tons of chips and delicious salsa. My wife also enjoyed her macaroni and cheese. We got both a sour beer and pumpkin beer, and both were tasty. The location itself is large, with lots of seating and tons of TVs. They are kid friendly, and our two daughters enjoyed their chicken strips. Service was friendly and relatively quick.
Had the tenderloin sandwich and fries. Both were amazing and full of flavor. Service was fast friendly and helpful. Restaurant was clean and spacious with a large draft list of beers. Would recommend and will be back in the future, great experience.

I’ve driven by Blind Owl tons of times but never got the chance to stop in. Finally, we got to make a visit for dinner this weekend.
We arrived a little after 6 PM and they were a little busy but we got a table. The outdoor patio is super spacious with cornhole and bocce ball to play with too! Our waitress was extremely friendly and attentive to us.
We got the pretzels as an appetizer, and the pretzel itself was great! The “beer cheese” on the other hand was mediocre and didn’t even taste like it. Wasn’t a big fan of that.
As my entree, I got the Tenderloin with fries due to its popularity. Now what are my thoughts? It was good! It’s not the biggest in size, but the flavors were on point! The fries were also amazing!
Overall, this was a pretty good experience. I’ll definitely make a visit again!
I love this place! Amazing food, great service and good beer! We ordered the pork tacos with mango salsa- 10/10!!! The prime rib sandwich was absolutely delicious, and the Cobb salad was so tasty and filling! I like darker beer so I tried the Comb Honey Comb (I believe it’s called- lol) and it was a brown ale, it was alright! I’d like to try something different next time I go. Totally recommend!
A menu full of flavorful dishes.
We have been to Blind Owl several times. We have never served bad food. From the delicious dry rub wings to the sandwiches and appetizers. The food will not disappoint.
That being said, the service has never been as reliable as the food. From forgotten drinks and food to slow service. The spotty service is the only downside to Blind Owl. However, they have always made it right in the end.
We will continue to go to Blind Owl due to their amazing food. We do allow ourselves plenty of time when we go. Also, I must say the last time we were there, the service was improved.

Blind Owl Brewery is a great place to get a drink, watch a game, or get a bite to eat. The atmosphere is lively and gets quite busy on the weekend. There's also plenty to choose from on their menu if you're hungry.
Have always known this restaurant but never got the chance to visit until 2 days ago. We got there around 1:30. To start, the receptionist was courteous in asking me to wait while she answered the phone and apologized after. Then, our lady, Lisa, was just all sunshine and very engaging. Apart from the excellent service and the cleanliness of the place, my blackened salmon tacos was excellent! Deliciously done, not dry and was perfect! Will be visiting again soon. Wish I went here years ago! Highly recommended!
Always great craft beer selection. Customer service is always a hit or miss. Sometimes they really could use a few more servers. Otherwise all of the servers we've had have been great. Food is pretty good and good quality.
Food was excellent, and the fresh pretzels we're off the hook tasty. Good selection of both locally brewed craft beer and inhouse brews. The only thing that kept this from a 5 🌟 review was our waitress. It was the end of her shift and she was rushing to try and get us served to get her tip.
First time here! We sat in bar! Had excellent food, drink and service! Love the atmosphere here. Will definitely come back.
Once again the Blind Owl has reminded me of why they are my go to neighborhood bar and grill. If I could give this place 10 stars I would!! The pretzel fish and chips is the best in the city! Blind owl does it again! That Bison Blue burger was the bomb! Up there with the best in Indy!! Hooray for these guys!! The fish and chips are the best in Indy!!
Another update-- Blind Owl has a great burger on the menu so pick your favorite. Mine is the bison blue cheese burger. Oh and get the sweet potato fries, they are the bomb.
Update - back again for the friday night fish and chips. Once again the Blind Owl does not disappoint. The drinks are spot on! The food is as good as it gets!! And the service was superb!!! Thank you Blind Owl for a great friday night feast!!!!
