There aren't any Zaxby's locations by us so this is the first time my wife and have been here. We both got the signature chicken sandwich and it was really good, as good as any other fast food chain's. The price was competitive and we didn't have to wait too long for our food.
1st time hearing about and trying the food at this place and it's better than what I've been told. Along with staff. And the atmosphere was incredible. Very busy also at certain times so get there early.
I love Zaxby’s Chicken Sandwiches… the chicken is so white, juicy and delicious. The Zax Sauce that comes on it is so good too and with ranch, yum!
If you are hungry for a chicken sandwich, I definitely recommend this Zaxbys!

Had an issue where somebody stole our food without us knowing from the counter. We were waiting for 10+ minutes just thinking the service was slow. The owner came out and saw we were waiting and fixed the problem for us! Gave us a free funnel cake for our trouble. Good customer service even though it wasn't their fault!

Honestly, I really do like this place. However, I wish they would really cook the chicken a bit crisper. Love the coleslaw, though!
Great and quick service! Our family had a good, well priced meal. The place was clean and the easy to find seating. Staff were really friendly.
I recently re-tried Zaxby's. I initially tried it when it first opened and didn't care for it. The food was much better this time around. I think when I tried it the first time it may have suffered from being newly opened and the food just wasn't cooked right. I got the zak pak ( I think that's what it's called) three chicken strips, fries and a drink (#1). The strips were a tad small and thin but they were good and I really enjoyed the fries--very crispy and crinkle cut--my favorite. I got the chocolate chip cookies for dessert. Very good, full of chocolate. Overall, I'll add this restaurant to my rotation. If you're looking for a decent chicken meal, this would be a good choice. Oh, and my son liked his chicken sandwich

I am so disappointed that I waited so long to try this place. The food was super hot and fresh. Im not sure how these other chicken places are in business. They were super friendly and fast. The atmospher was great with an old school nostalgia. A couple TVs with college football on and good family friendly music playing. This is my new chicken joint!
I LOVE ZAXBYS! All they do is chicken and they do it great. Love the zalads, love the wings (boneless or traditional), love the fries and top it off with the cool Coke Freestyle machine with so many options. This visit I got to try their new Caribbean jerk sauce on my boneless wings and they were amazing.
The chicken tenders and fries were great. I should’ve got the wings a level spicer but if they were a little spicer and fried a little harder the wings would’ve been perfect.
Clean nice restaurant. The chicken fingers were some of the best I have ever had.

Our first visit to a Zaxbys. My family loved it! The employees were very friendly and gave suggestions on what to order. The food was ready very quickly. Everything was delicious. This location has a drive thru. It is a bit hard to find-the building is very nondescript.
Fantastic service, The chicken sandwiches and chicken salads are great portion size is awesome. Makes us wish that we had a Zaxby‘s locally further up north by this franchise owner.
Order taker was friendly and cordial. We had take out, it was still hot when we arrived home. The flavor of the chicken and coleslaw was exceptional. Fries were seasoned perfect. A big plus is the choice of cold drinks as well. Recommend to any chicken lover!!!
