The staff are courteous and friendly and the sandwiches are delicious. I think they missed out the cheese on my sandwich completely the first time I ordered though, and the second time I only noticed a wee bit of cheese. Maybe up the portion a little bit?
I order lunch for delivery for my crew at work and the staff is always kind and professional, the others are always accurate & fresh and the delivery guy is always polite and greets us by name. Wish the subs were bigger, but great service all the way around.

Perfect sandwiches, very friendly staff and great food quality. Very reasonable prices for the served portions, staff customize sandwiches right to your needs. Did I mention remarkable quality? Turkey dreamin' and hot steak and cheese are a must try.
I've loved their food since their grand opening. Never had a bad sandwich. 100% beef meatball sub on Italian bread with pepper jack cheese, all the peppers, black olives, and special sauce is my go to.
The best tasting sub sandwiches I have ever had. You might be paying a little more for a sandwich than Subway or any other competitors, but you are definitely getting your money's worth with the premium cuts of meat. Absolutely try the signature sandwich, The Dagwood Supreme. 9.5/10

My husband and I wanted to try this place out after setting it on our way to another restaurant. Great choice! The Dagwood was delicious and hubby's meatball sub was good too. We will definitely make the drive from the north side to go again.
John hooked us up with the best lunch ever! He was very friendly and visited our table a couple of times... Excellent way to appreciate us as customers! You rarely find owner/managers do that. Definitely will return to this location!!!
Do not buy a full sandwich for just yourself unless that's all you're eating.... For the entire day! Portions are huge but everything is good. Super friendly and happy to help you find what you'll like! Soups are good too although pretty basic.
The best sandwich place in Indy. The owner is very responsive. The staff is very friendly and makes gourmet sandwiches very quickly. A must stop place when I am in town. If you are man enough try the full Dagwood with double meats.
Great management. Very kind and relatable. The cashier was able to recommend a great variety of foods for my brother and myself. We were able to sample some of the soups and the food was delicious.
