Little hole in the wall with excellent food. Friendly staff and an awesome papusa special on Wednesdays. Three combination papusas (beans, cheese and chicharron) for under $6.00 after tax! Definitely stop in Maria's!

I’m from California so was very excited to find authentic Salvadorian food in the Midwest. Their food is amazing. Try the soup, pupusas and fried plantains.

Lunched here recently. Excellent papusas, and the plantains with beans and sour cream were great. Will definitely go again,

Cute place. People were friendly. Food was delicious. I felt there was not enough for the price. He felt it was enough for him. I guess depends what you get.

Was able to try after many recommendations. Was not disappointed and am eager to return. The menu has a wide variety of pupusas options, traditional Salvadoran food, and other delicious food options. Tacos, soups, appetizers, desserts, and drinks. Delicious traditional Salvadoran horchata. The filling inside the pupusas is delicious and good quality. Good quality cheese, too. They are thick and so worth it. They staff is incredibly nice and ready to assist you. The menu is located next to the cashier desk. Cannot wait to return!!

Had the Salvadoran breakfast it was very good the pupusas were my favorite now I do think it should carry a meat option and then it would be perfect but overall the wait wasn’t long and the food was delicious.

In all fairness, I'm in love with pupusas so this review may be biased. The food was delicious. Tasty pupuas and scrumptious plantains. Kinda wish the salsa was hotter 😕. This little pupuseria is clean. The staff is friendly. Prices are fair. Atmosphere was whatevs. 😄

Excellent Pupusas that never miss! I suggest the pork and cheese but frankly you can't go wrong with any combination or simply cheese. The cole slaw and sauce is the perfect companion. They season it perfectly!

Best Salvadoran restaurant in Indy! Small, casual vibe, delicious food, good prices, and great service! The pupusas are delicious and hot, the tamales are great, and the tacos are perfect. This is a must eat hidden gem for sure. Thanks guys!

Very wonderful surprise restaurant for us! Our headlight went out and we had to stop and figured we would have dinner at the same time. I was probably the only non Spanish speaker in the restaurant which meant we were in for some great food! The people working in the restaurant were really helpful and kind. We started with the plantains which were really good! Who knew we could get a dish like this in Indy! My husband and I had never had pupuserias before. I suggest 1-2 for a lighter to average meal and 3 if you are a bigger eater. We tried the cheese, the cheese and pork, the steak and cheese. All were really good!
