The food is always fresh and hot. The prices are affordable and they have $4.44 deals that fill you up. It beats put McDonalds burger king and Wendy's in my opinion
In this day and age, good customer service is hard to find. But the girl working the drive through last night was the most kind, accommodating person I’ve encountered at a fast food place in years. Made my night. I hope you reward her for her amazing service.

Had one 'double with cheese and a drink. Went in to order for carryout. The restaurant was meticulously clean and staffed by several Spanish speaking ladies, all of which were exceptionally friendly and obviously knew what they were doing. New staff has been great, very friendly, seen them helping out older customers use the computer ordering system, service is always very fast and even when it isn't it's clear they're just busy. Whether delivery or takeout or dine in I've been happy with the level of service and the staff

I really love the steak ‘n Shake a lot because the workers are really awesome. They really produce quality burgers. The staff is mostly Mexican and I think it is very admiring because they are foreigners and they are extremely amazing workers. And I think at a lot of places like this you’ll see work
